We continue with the secrets of the lips, with the letter פ (pronounced Peh as the Hebrew word פה that means ‘Mouth’) that is included in the secret of the letter ס (Samech).
Big lips tell about a person that spreads evil speech without shame or fear. He creates gossip and divisions between people. About him it is written, Proverbs 6:19
“יָפִיחַ כְּזָבִים עֵד שָׁקֶר וּמְשַׁלֵּחַ מְדָנִים בֵּין אַחִים.”
“A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren.”
He doesn’t keep secrets and if he endeavors in the Torah, he covers the secrets, yet he speaks evil and has no fear in his heart.

The sign of the letter פ (Peh) included in the letter ר (Resh) but not in the letter ס (Samech). He seems to be righteous. And does not fear sin. And one should not strive after him, because all his words are in the mouth and not in actions.

Wilted and shrank lips, and are not small. This is a person who is extremely angry. Malicious. Can not stand anything. Openly blasphemous to all without shame. Sometimes acts like a clown. This is a person who should be kept away from.

If his beard is full of hair: tells that he speaks openly to all, he has no shame. Deals with controversy. Successful in world affairs. People hate him. It is written on him;
Proverbs 6:13
“קֹרֵץ בְּעֵינָיו מֹלֵל בְּרַגְלָו מֹרֶה בְּאֶצְבְּעֹתָיו.”
“He winks (maliciously) with his eyes, He shuffles his feet, He points with his fingers;”

Proverbs 21:29
“הֵעֵז אִישׁ רָשָׁע בְּפָנָיו וְיָשָׁר הוּא יָבִין דַּרְכּוֹ.”
“A wicked man hardens his face, But as for the upright, he establishes his way.”
This is only in the secret of the letter פ (Peh), which is not included in the letter ס (Samech) at all. And sometimes connects and is included in the letter ר (Resh).

Lesson;
There are many types of lips, big, small, full, narrow, different upper and lower lips. Different shapes, color shades, and more. There are many details to look for beyond the above description to tell about a person. A pure righteous Kabbalist can see the letters on a face and get a clear picture of a person standing in front of him. The highest level of ‘reading’ is just to sense the energy around a person even without looking at him.
We learned that each action we do creates an angel. These angels are around us wherever we go. Each angel has its own ‘vibration’ and a pure righteous Kabbalist on the highest levels can see and read these angels in his mind.
