Hebrew translation:

99. בְּאוֹתוֹ זְמַן יִתְעוֹרֵר מֶלֶךְ הַמָּשִׁיחַ לָצֵאת מִתּוֹךְ גַּן עֵדֶן מֵאוֹתוֹ מָקוֹם שֶׁנִּקְרָא קַ”ן צִפּוֹ”ר, וְיִתְעוֹרֵר בְּאֶרֶץ הַגָּלִיל. וְאוֹתוֹ יוֹם שֶׁיֵּצֵא לְשָׁם, יִתְרַגֵּז כָּל הָעוֹלָם, וְכָל בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם מִתְחַבְּאִים בְּתוֹךְ מְעָרוֹת וּסְלָעִים שֶׁלֹּא יַחְשְׁבוּ לְהִנָּצֵל, וְעַל אוֹתוֹ זְמַן כָּתוּב (ישעיה ב) וּבָאוּ בִּמְעָרוֹת צֻרִים וּבִמְחִלּוֹת עָפָר מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד ה’ וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ בְּקוּמוֹ לַעֲרֹץ הָאָרֶץ.
100. מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד ה’ – זֶהוּ אוֹתוֹ רֹגֶז שֶׁל כָּל הָעוֹלָם. וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ – זֶה מָשִׁיחַ. בְּקוּמוֹ לַעֲרֹץ הָאָרֶץ – כְּשֶׁיָּקוּם וְיִתְגַּלֶּה בְּאֶרֶץ הַגָּלִיל, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהוּא מָקוֹם רִאשׁוֹן שֶׁנֶּחֱרַב בָּאָרֶץ הַקְּדוֹשָׁה, וְלָכֵן יִתְגַּלֶּה שָׁם רִאשׁוֹן לְכָל מָקוֹם, וּמִשָּׁם יְעוֹרֵר קְרָבוֹת לְכָל הָעוֹלָם.
101. אַחַר אַרְבָּעִים יוֹם שֶׁעַמּוּד יַעֲמֹד מֵאֶרֶץ לַשָּׁמַיִם לְעֵינֵי כָּל הָעוֹלָם וְיִתְגַּלֶּה הַמָּשִׁיחַ, יָקוּם מִצַּד מִזְרָח כּוֹכָב אֶחָד לוֹהֵט בְּכָל הַגְוָנִים, וְשִׁבְעָה כוֹכָבִים אֲחֵרִים שֶׁסּוֹבְבִים אוֹתוֹ הַכּוֹכָב, וְיַעַרְכוּ בוֹ קְרָב בְּכָל הַצְּדָדִים שָׁלֹשׁ פְּעָמִים בְּיוֹם, עַד שִׁבְעִים יוֹם, וְכָל בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם רוֹאִים.

At that time, from a place called the bird’s nest (קן הציפור), the King Mashiach will awaken to come out of the Garden of Eden. He will be revealed in the land of Galilee. And on that day, the whole world will be troubled. All people of the world would try to hide in caves and shelters of stones and won’t believe that they could be saved. At that time, it is written,
Isaiah 2:19
“וּבָאוּ בִּמְעָרוֹת צֻרִים וּבִמְחִלּוֹת עָפָר מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד יְהוָה וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ בְּקוּמוֹ לַעֲרֹץ הָאָרֶץ.”
“They shall go into the holes of the rocks, And into the caves of the earth, From the fear of YHVH And the glory of His majesty, When He arises to be the only ruler on earth.”

He explains, “From the fear of YHVH” is the shaking of the whole world. “And the glory of His majesty” is the Mashiach. “When He rises to be the only ruler on earth” is when Mashiach rises and is revealed in the land of Galilee.
The Galilee was the first place destroyed in the Holy Land by Assyria. That is why Mashiach would be revealed in Galilee, and from there, he would provoke wars over the whole world.

After forty days, the pillar of fire will rise from earth to heaven, and all the world can see it. Then the Mashiach will be revealed, and from the east, a star will rise in all colors. Seven other stars will turn to that star and make war with it on all sides three times a day until seventy days and all the world will see.
