The level that comes from the upper part of Zeir Anpin is the angel Metat-. He comes down with a thousand on his right that is a reference to Chokmah and a thousand on his left. He sits in his place, above Malchut. He spreads the Light of Chokmah to the four directions and sustains the Light of Chasadim from the upper levels in Malchut.

Then the proclaimers come out to reveal the Light of Chokmah from the upper three sefirot and continue the Light of Chassadim through Zeir Anpin. This is the secret of Exodus 14:19
“וַיִּסַּע מַלְאַךְ הָאֱלֹהִים הַהֹלֵךְ לִפְנֵי מַחֲנֵה יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיֵּלֶךְ מֵאַחֲרֵיהֶם וַיִּסַּע עַמּוּד הֶעָנָן מִפְּנֵיהֶם וַיַּעֲמֹד מֵאַחֲרֵיהֶם.”
“And the Angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud went from before them and stood behind them.”

Proverbs 31:14
“הָיְתָה כָּאֳנִיּוֹת סוֹחֵר מִמֶּרְחָק תָּבִיא לַחְמָהּ.”
“She is like the merchant ships, She brings her food from afar.”
Rabbi Chiya quotes this verse and says that the merchant ship is the aspect of the Congregation of Israel that is Malchut. ‘Bring food from afar’ is the light of the Centerline that illuminates Zeir Anpin.
“Bring her food” is Yessod of Zeir Anpin that gathers all the above springs and rivers to Malchut.
Ecclesiastes 1:7
“כָּל הַנְּחָלִים הֹלְכִים אֶל הַיָּם וְהַיָּם אֵינֶנּוּ מָלֵא אֶל מְקוֹם שֶׁהַנְּחָלִים הֹלְכִים שָׁם הֵם שָׁבִים לָלָכֶת.”
“All the rivers run into the sea, Yet the sea is not full; To the place from which the rivers come, There they return again.”

Malchut is the ‘Sea’, the springs are the roots of the upper lights and the rivers are the sefirot of Zeir Anpin that comes from Binah. Yessod collects them all and delivers them to Malchut.
