Hebrew translation:

435. תַּחַת הָעֲטָרָה תְּלוּיִים זַגֵּי זָהָב סְבִיבוֹתֶיהָ, זַג זָהָב מִצַּד זֶה, וְזַג זָהָב מִצַּד זֶה, וְרִמּוֹן אֶחָד. (בְּתוֹךְ) כְּגוֹן אוֹתוֹ רִמּוֹן יֵשׁ אֶלֶף זַגִּים, וְכָל זַג מֵהֶם לוֹהֵט בְּאָדֹם וְלָבָן. אוֹתוֹ רִמּוֹן נֶחֱלָק לְאַרְבָּעָה חֲלָקִים, וְיֵשׁ פֶּתַח לִרְאוֹת זַגָּיו. שְׁלֹשׁ מֵאוֹת וְעֶשְׂרִים וַחֲמִשָּׁה זַגִּים לְצַד זֶה, וְכֵן לְכָל צַד וְצַד, עַד שֶׁלּוֹהֲטִים אַרְבָּעָה צִדְדֵי הָעוֹלָם מִמַּרְאֵה כָּל פֶּלַח וּפֶלַח, וְהֵם נִקְרָאִים פֶּלַח הָרִמּוֹן, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שיר השירים ד) כְּפֶלַח הָרִמּוֹן רַקָּתֵךְ מִבַּעַד לְצַמָּתֵךְ.
436. אַרְבָּעָה גַלְגַּלִּים בְּפִלְחֵי אַרְבַּע הַזָּוִיּוֹת לוֹקְחִים בְּגִלְגּוּל אֶת אוֹתָהּ עֲטָרָה, וּכְשֶׁלּוֹקְחִים אוֹתָהּ, מִזְדַּקְּפִים לְמַעְלָה. עַד שֶׁמַּגִּיעִים לְגִלְגּוּל פֶּלַח הָעֶלְיוֹן, שֶׁנּוֹהֵם יוֹמָם וָלַיְלָה, מִתְחַבְּרִים כָּל אוֹתָם פְּלָחִים, וְלוֹקְחִים הָעֲטָרָה וְזוֹקְפִים אוֹתָהּ. וְקוֹל אוֹתָם הַגַּלְגַּלִּים נִשְׁמָע בְּכָל הָרְקִיעִים. לְקוֹל נְעִימוּתָם רוֹעֲשִׁים כָּל כֹּחוֹת הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְכֻלָּם שׁוֹאֲלִים זֶה לָזֶה, עַד שֶׁכֻּלָּם אוֹמְרִים: (יחזקאל ג) בָּרוּךְ כְּבוֹד ה’ מִמְּקוֹמוֹ.

Golden bells hang under the crown and around it. A golden bell on each side and one pomegranate shape. Inside that pomegranate are a thousand bells, and each bell, like a flame, glows in red and white. That pomegranate is divided into four segments and stands open, so the bells in it can be seen. 325 bells on each side, and likewise on each side until the four sides of the world are enflamed at the sight of each and every segment. And they are called segments of pomegranate as we read in;
Songs 4:3
“כְּחוּט הַשָּׁנִי שִׂפְתֹתַיִךְ וּמִדְבָּרֵיךְ נָאוֶה כְּפֶלַח הָרִמּוֹן רַקָּתֵךְ מִבַּעַד לְצַמָּתֵךְ.”
“Your lips are like a strand of scarlet, And your mouth is lovely. Your temples behind your veil Are like a segment of pomegranate.”

Four wheels in the four segments of the pomegranate take that crown by rolling. And when they take it, they straighten up until they reach the wheel of the upper segment that makes sound day and night. Then all these segments connect and take the crown and erect it. And the sound of those wheels is heard in all the heavens. All the forces of heaven tremble to the pleasant sound of the wheels, and everyone asks one another until everyone says, “בָּרוּךְ כְּבוֹד יְהוָה מִמְּקוֹמוֹ” (Ezekiel 3:12) “ “Blessed is the glory of YHVH from His place!.”

Lesson;
The ‘wheels’ are the angels that animate everything in this world.
