Hebrew translation:

124. כָּתוּב (תהלים סה) אַשְׁרֵי תִּבְחַר וּתְקָרֵב יִשְׁכֹּן חֲצֵרֶיךָ, שֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מְקָרֵב אוֹתָם אֵלָיו, שֶׁעוֹלִים אוֹתָם הַנְּשָׁמוֹת מִמַּטָּה לְמַעְלָה וּלְהֵאָחֵז בְּנַחֲלָתָם שֶׁנִּתְקְנָה לָהֶן. יִשְׁכֹּן חֲצֵרֶיךָ – אֵלּוּ הַמְּקוֹמוֹת וְהַדְּרָגוֹת שֶׁבַּחוּץ, וּמִי הֵם? כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (זכריה ג) וְנָתַתִּי לְךָ מַהְלְכִים בֵּין הָעֹמְדִים הָאֵלֶּה. וְזוֹהִי דַרְגָּה בֵּין קְדוֹשִׁים עֶלְיוֹנִים.
125. וּמִי שֶׁזַּכָּאִים לַדַּרְגָּה הַזּוֹ הֵם שְׁלִיחִים שֶׁל רִבּוֹן הָעוֹלָם, כְּמוֹ אוֹתָם הַמַּלְאָכִים, וְתָמִיד עוֹשִׂים שְׁלִיחוּת בִּרְצוֹן רִבּוֹנָם, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁאֵלּוּ [הִתְקַדְּשׁוּ] תָמִיד בִּקְדֻשָּׁה וְלֹא נִטְמְאוּ.
126. כְּמוֹ כֵן מִי שֶׁנִּטְמָא בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה, הוּא מוֹשֵׁךְ עָלָיו רוּחַ טֻמְאָה, וּכְשֶׁיּוֹצֵאת מִמֶּנּוּ נִשְׁמָתוֹ, מְטַמְּאִים אוֹתוֹ, וּמְדוֹרוֹ בֵּין אוֹתָם הַטְּמֵאִים, וְאֵלּוּ הֵם הַמַּזִּיקִים שֶׁל הָעוֹלָם. כְּמוֹ שֶׁמַּמְשִׁיךְ אָדָם אֶת עַצְמוֹ בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה – כָּךְ הוּא מְדוֹרוֹ וְנִמְשָׁךְ בְּאוֹתוֹ הָעוֹלָם [וְאוֹתָן רוּחוֹת הַטְּמֵאוֹת מְטַמְּאוֹת אוֹתוֹ וּמַכְנִיסוֹת אוֹתוֹ לַגֵּיהִנֹּם].

Psalm 65:5
“אַשְׁרֵי תִּבְחַר וּתְקָרֵב יִשְׁכֹּן חֲצֵרֶיךָ נִשְׂבְּעָה בְּטוּב בֵּיתֶךָ קְדֹשׁ הֵיכָלֶךָ.”
“Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.”
“The man You choose” is the soul that the Holy One Blessed be He chooses to rise up from the lower level to join the inheritance allocated for them above.
“Dwell in Your courts” is the places and levels that are outside the palace as it is written; (Zecharia 3:7) “וְנָתַתִּי לְךָ מַהְלְכִים בֵּין הָעֹמְדִים הָאֵלֶּה.” “I will give you places to walk Among those who stand here.”
This high level is known for the supreme holies.

Those who merit this level are the messengers of the Master of the world. They are like angels because they always carry out missions according to the will of their master. They reach this level because they are always in a state of holiness and have not become defiled.

Lesson;
Keeping purity and following the ways of the Torah elevates our souls to higher levels. They have merits to inherit a dwelling in the garden of Eden and in this world after the time of the Resurrection.

Similarly, he who is defiled in this world draws upon himself spirits of impurity, and when his soul leaves him, the Sitra Achra defiles him. His dwelling is among those who are defiled and cause harm to the world.
A person’s spiritual level on the pure or impure side defines the type of dwelling he will have in the eternal world. A person on the impure side is pulled into Gehennam (a correction process in hell) by the impure spirits attached to him.
