“בְּרֹאשׁ הֹמִיּוֹת תִּקְרָא בְּפִתְחֵי שְׁעָרִים בָּעִיר אֲמָרֶיהָ תֹאמֵר”
“at the head of the busy streets she cries out; at the entrance of the city gates she speaks:”
The child quotes this verse and say that he heard that those who speaks the aloud and not whisper is in the aspect of ‘like the best wine’ that is not silent.
‘goes down smoothly for my beloved’ means that he is focused on his studies and adhere to the ways of God. For that reason, no one can delay him.
‘Move the lips of those who are asleep’ is the special state after death. The soul can still repeat its Torah studies after death.
The child continues and say, I also heard that ‘And your mouth like the best wine’ refers to Malchut as a way the Holy One Blessed be He praises her.
