Hebrew translation:

132. בֹּא רְאֵה מַה כָּתוּב, וַיְבָרֶךְ יַעֲקֹב אֶת פַּרְעֹה. אָמַר רַבִּי יוֹסֵי, פַּרְעֹה, אַף עַל גַּב שֶׁבֵּאֲרוּהוּ בְּסוֹד אַחֵר, סֶמֶךְ שֶׁסּוֹמְכִים בָּעוֹלָם.
133. אֲבָל בֹּא רְאֵה, (שיר א) לְסֻסָתִי בְּרִכְבֵי פַרְעֹה דִּמִּיתִיךְ רַעְיָתִי. בֹּא רְאֵה, יֵשׁ מֶרְכָּבוֹת לִשְׂמֹאל בַּסּוֹד שֶׁל הַצַּד הָאַחֵר, וְיֵשׁ מֶרְכָּבוֹת לְיָמִין בַּסּוֹד שֶׁל לְמַעְלָה שֶׁל קְדֻשָּׁה, וְאֵלֶּה כְּנֶגֶד אֵלֶּה. אֵלֶּה שֶׁל רַחֲמִים, וְאֵלֶּה שֶׁל דִּין.

Genesis 47:7
“וַיָּבֵא יוֹסֵף אֶת יַעֲקֹב אָבִיו וַיַּעֲמִדֵהוּ לִפְנֵי פַרְעֹה וַיְבָרֶךְ יַעֲקֹב אֶת פַּרְעֹה.”
“Then Joseph brought in his father Jacob and set him before Pharaoh, and Jacob blessed Pharaoh.”
Rabbi Yossi said, we have an explanation that the house of Pharaoh is the Binah that reveals the lights and the Sefirot of the Nukva. But on a simple level, Pharaoh is a Klipa from the evil side.

Songs 1:9
“לְסֻסָתִי בְּרִכְבֵי פַרְעֹה דִּמִּיתִיךְ רַעְיָתִי.”
“I have compared you, my love, To my filly among Pharaoh’s chariots.”
There are chariots to the Left in the secret of the Sitra Achra, and there are chariots to the Right in the secret of the holiness above. One side is holiness and mercy, and the other side is the Sitra Achra and judgments.

Genesis 46:4
“אָנֹכִי אֵרֵד עִמְּךָ מִצְרַיְמָה וְאָנֹכִי אַעַלְךָ גַם עָלֹה וְיוֹסֵף יָשִׁית יָדוֹ עַל עֵינֶיךָ.”
“I will go down with you to Egypt, and I will also surely bring you up again, and Joseph will put his hand on your eyes.”
Egypt and Pharaoh represented the highest levels of forces on the other side. Hashem promised Jacob to be with him on the way down to Egypt and back home with Joseph, providing everything they needed.
Jacob blessed Pharaoh to have the Nile river overflowing with water to sustain Egypt while his sons were in Egypt.
