#123
A person’s prayer is the work of the Ruach, which depends on speech and has supernal secrets. People do not know that the prayer of man pierces through the air and bursts the heavens, opens doors and rises up.

#124
When the light of the morning shines, and the light separates from the darkness, then a proclamation goes through all the heavens: The appointed to the gates, and the appointed on the palaces to be on their watch, because those who rule the day are not the ones who rule the night. And when the night comes, the rulers of the day are moved out, and other rulers who rule the night are appointed, replacing each other.

#125
This is the secret of the great lights created on the fourth day.;
Genesis 1:16
“Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also.”
It means that there are rulers who are appointed during the day and rulers who are appointed at night. One group is called the government of the day, and the other is called the government of the night.
