#263
Who can tell all the new revelations that happen every day before the head of the Yeshiva.
Any time a male soul ascends, all the women gather at the temple of Batia, Pharaoh’s daughter (#196), and rejoice there in some old things. From there, they all go out with Batia, enter the temple of Serah Asher’s daughter (#198), and rejoice in new and old studies. From there, they go with Serah and enter Yocheved’s temple (#199). And so on to all the sacred palaces.

#264
The head of the Yeshiva tells Rabbi Shimon, I will tell you one secret. In every Shemita (Sabbatical) year, a proclamation goes forth in Heaven, “Men and women gather, and all those children of faith, come up.” So they all undress, male and female, and ascend, with all those weaned from milk, to the Yeshiva of the heavens, which is the Yeshiva of Metat-n, and rejoice with joy at their ascensions, and they feel joy upon happiness. And that “נער” boy, namely Metat-n, who has the keys of his master in his hand, stands up and tells them some new and old words of Torah, and everyone experiences joy like no other joy.

Lesson;
The joy of Torah study in the heavens is on a level we cannot experience in this world. Those dedicated to daily studies feel the Light they reveal, giving them a great ‘appetite’ to study more. There is a sweetness and aspect of addiction when a person reaches such a level of feeling the Light of the Torah from their studies. It is known that righteous rabbis would not stop studying. Their bed is next to their study desk, and they sleep only when physically exhausted. They have a book in their hands even when their driver takes them from one place to another.
The Torah taught in the heavens expands to all seventy levels. Some of these levels could not be understood in this world. The Holy Ari was known for his ascension to the sky during his meditations. One of the students asked the Ari to share a secret from what he learned above, and he replied that whatever he learned in one moment above, he could not explain in 80 years in this world.
May we all have the merit to experience the joy of the Torah in the next world.
