#328
And we learned it is forbidden to look at the Shechina. This is why there is blue in Tzizit because blue is a throne for the house of David, which is Malchut, and its correction. And this is to fear before God, to fear from that place. It is written
“you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of YHVH” (Numbers 15:39). The light blue color represents the throne where the souls are judged for one of the four types of death. It was said that all colors are good for dreams except light blue because it relates to the throne that judges souls to death.

#329
It is written,
Numbers 15:38
“Speak to the children of Israel: Tell them to make Tzitzit on the corners of their garments throughout their generations and to put a blue thread in the Tzitzit of the corners.”
It doesn’t say “put on the corner” or “ונתנו על הכנף,” but it says “וְנָתְנוּ עַל צִיצִת” “put on the Tzizit” because this is the cover on the other threads. That is, the Tzitzit implies the illumination of Chokmah; therefore, they need cover and protection only from the blue thread, and thus it is written and given on the Tzitzit.

#330
“Look upon it and remember” (#324) is as it is written;
Deuteronomy 25:17
“Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you were coming out of Egypt,”
It is similar to a son who broke through a fence and was bitten by a dog. Whenever his father wants to rebuke his son, he says, remember when the dog bit you. Even here, “and you saw it and remembered it.” Because the blue color of the thread is a place where the souls rise to be judged, and so it is similar to what Amalek did to us, and we should remember that.
