Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -4427

Hebrew translation:

155. וְעַל כֵּן לְאָדָם שֶׁאֵינוֹ צַדִּיק מוֹדִיעִים לוֹ חֲלוֹם טוֹב שֶׁאֵינוֹ אֱמֶת, הַכֹּל כְּדֵי לְהַסְטוֹתוֹ מֵאוֹתָהּ דֶּרֶךְ הָאֱמֶת. כֵּיוָן שֶׁהוּא הֵסִיט אֶת דַּרְכּוֹ מִדֶּרֶךְ הָאֱמֶת, מְטַמְּאִים אוֹתוֹ. שֶׁכָּל מִי שֶׁבָּא לְהִטָּהֵר – מְטַהֲרִים אוֹתוֹ, וּמִי שֶׁבָּא לְהִטָּמֵא – מְטַמְּאִים אוֹתוֹ. הִנֵּה וַדַּאי כָּךְ נִתְבָּאֵר.
156. יָשְׁבוּ עַד שֶׁעָלָה הַבֹּקֶר. אָמַר רַבִּי יוֹסֵי, וַדַּאי לֹא זָכַר שְׁמוֹ שֶׁל יוֹסֵף בְּאוֹתָם דְּגָלִים, שֶׁכָּתוּב (במדבר ב) דֶּגֶל מַחֲנֵה אֶפְרַיִם, וְלֹא כָתוּב דֶּגֶל מַחֲנֵה יוֹסֵף, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהִתְגָּאָה עַל אֶחָיו, וְהִנֵּה נִתְבָּאֵר.
157. אָמַר אוֹתוֹ הַיְּהוּדִי, וַדַּאי שָׁמַעְתִּי, שֶׁיּוֹסֵף הוּא בְּעוֹלַם הַזָּכָר, וְכָל הַשְּׁבָטִים הֵם בְּעוֹלַם הַנְּקֵבָה, וְעַל כֵּן לֹא נִכְלָל יוֹסֵף עִמָּהֶם, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהוּא בְּעוֹלַם הַזָּכָר עִמָּהֶם.

Therefore, a person who is not righteous is shown a good dream that is not entirely true to divert them from the path of truth. Once they stray from the path of truth, they become impure. Those who come to purify themselves are aided in becoming pure, and those who come to defile themselves are assisted in becoming impure.

It is important to share dreams with Torah scholars who can pick the truth from the false in dreams.

They sat until dawn. Rabbi Yossi said, “Joseph’s name is not mentioned among the flags of the tribes, as it is written, ‘the flag of the camp of Ephraim,’ and not ‘the flag of the camp of Joseph.’ This is because he became arrogant towards his brothers, as we learned when he told them his dreams.

Joseph represents the masculine world, which is the aspect of Yessod of Zeir Anpin, while all the tribes represent the feminine world, namely the Shechina. Therefore, Joseph is not included in their flags because he belongs to the masculine world.
