#144
When that prayer ascends, that appointed angel, after bowing to the prayer for the reason mentioned regarding the wand (שַׁרְבִיט), strikes with that wand on a robust and illuminating rock that stands in the middle of that sky. And from within the rock, three hundred seventy-five armies emerge, which had been hidden since the day the Torah descended to the world because they stubbornly refused and delayed the Torah’s descent to our world. The Holy One, blessed be He, rebuked them, and they entered that rock. They do not come out from there except when the prayer ascends above. Then they open and say,
Psalm 8:2
“our master, YHVH, How mighty is Your name in all the earth, Who have set Your glory above the heavens!”
This is the prayer called “אַדִּיר” “Mighty,” because it ascends above all these firmaments. Then, they bow to it.
#145
From here onwards, the prayer is adorned with the highest crowns and ascends to the fourth sky, Tiferet. Then, the sun, which is Tiferet in its levels, and ‘שַׁמְשִׁיאֵ” ל’ “Shamshiel,” the supreme appointee, comes out, and 365 camps ascend with him into that sky, called “יְמוֹת הַחַמָּה” “Days of the Sun.” This is because they are levels drawn from the sun, Tiferet. And all of them crown the prayer with crowns of fragrances from the Garden of Eden.
