Zohar Vayikra
Continued from previous DZ
#172
Afterward, the faith, which is Binah, extended, and two children as part of one whole emerged, split into their paths. The son, Zeir Anpin, comes from both Israel Saba and Tevuna, and he is the Vav of the Holy Name YHVH. The daughter, Malchut, comes out from the mother’s side, that is, Tevunah, and she is the final Heh of the Holy Name YHVH. She can only be complete with the Vav because she is nourished and receives her abundance from him. Therefore, it is necessary to write the ה Heh first with Vav, and then Heh. In this manner, the Heh, Zeir Anpin, and Malchut are included in Malchut. The Vav extends to complete the form of the Heh, similar to that river, Tevunah, coming from Yod, which is Israel Saba, as explained in the form of the first Heh of YHVH earlier. Because from the Yod, the Heh, which is Binah, is nourished; likewise, in the last Heh, one must first write Vav and then draw from it the form of Heh because this Heh is nourished from the Vav, that is Zeir Anpin within Malchut.

My father explained these matters to me. When I come to them, I follow the words I have inherited from my father. Thus, a person must be careful with the Holy Name and write it correctly in this manner. And if not written this way, it is not called a Holy Name, but a flawed one. Whoever put flaws in the Holy Name would have been better for him had he not been created.
