Hebrew translation:

146. רַבִּי יוֹסֵי אָמַר, כְּשֶׁמֵּאִיר הַיּוֹם, כָּל אוֹתָם בַּעֲלֵי יְבָבָה מְשַׁבְּחִים בְּדִבְרֵי תִשְׁבָּחוֹת כְּנֶגֶד הַבֹּקֶר הַזֶּה. (כְּשֶׁמִּתְעוֹרֵר) שֶׁכְּשֶׁמִּתְעוֹרֵר הַבֹּקֶר הַזֶּה, כֻּלָּם מִתְבַּשְּׂמִים, וְהַדִּין שׁוֹכֵךְ, וְאוֹמְרִים תִּשְׁבָּחוֹת. זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב (איוב לט) בְּרָן יַחַד כֹּכְבֵי בֹקֶר וַיָּרִיעוּ כָּל בְּנֵי אֱלֹהִים. וְאוֹתוֹ זְמַן (אֱמוּנָה) שִׂמְחָה וּבְרָכוֹת נִמְצָאִים בָּעוֹלָם, וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מֵעִיר אֶת אַבְרָהָם לְהַחֲיוֹתוֹ, וּמִשְׁתַּעֲשֵׁעַ עִמּוֹ וּמַשְׁלִיטוֹ בָעוֹלָם. וּמִנַּיִן לָנוּ שֶׁהַבֹּקֶר הַזֶּה הוּא שֶׁל אַבְרָהָם? שֶׁכָּתוּב (בראשית יט) וַיַּשְׁכֵּם אַבְרָהָם בַּבֹּקֶר.

Rabbi Yosi explains the words of Rabbi Yitzhak, saying that when the day shines, all those forces seeking judgments, that is, those drawn from the left line where the judgments are abundant and they are always wailing, with words of praise for the coming morning, which is the Light of Chassadim. When this morning is aroused, all receive the Light, the judgment is calmed, and they say praises. This is what is meant by 
Job 38:7
“בְּרָן יַחַד כּוֹכְבֵי בֹקֶר וַיָּרִיעוּ כָּל בְּנֵי אֱלֹהִים”
“When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?”
At that time, joy and blessings are found in the world, as the Holy One, Blessed be He, awakens Abraham, who represents Chessed, to life and delight with him and grants him dominion over the world. This represents the governance of the day. And how do we know that this morning is Abraham’s, that is, Chessed, as it is written, “וַיַּשְׁכֵּם אַבְרָהָם בַּבֹּקֶר” (Genesis 22:3) “And Abraham got up early in the morning.
