Hebrew translation:

199. וְכָל מַה שֶּׁהִקְרִיבוּ, כְּדֻגְמָה שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה הִקְרִיבוּ, כְּדֵי שֶׁיִּתְבָּרְכוּ כֻלָּם. אֵילִם שִׁשִּׁים, עַתּוּדִים שִׁשִּׁים, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שיר השירים ג) שִׁשִּׁים גִּבֹּרִים סָבִיב לָהּ, שֶׁבְּצַד הַגְּבוּרָה. כַּף אַחַת עֲשָׂרָה זָהָב וְגוֹ’, וַהֲרֵי נִתְבָּאֵר. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקָם שֶׁל הַצַּדִּיקִים שֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מוֹרִיק עֲלֵיהֶם בְּרָכוֹת וּמַקְשִׁיב לִתְפִלּוֹתֵיהֶם, וַעֲלֵיהֶם כָּתוּב (תהלים קב) פָּנָה אֶל תְּפִלַּת הָעַרְעָר וְלֹא בָזָה אֶת תְּפִלָּתָם וְגוֹ’. בָּרוּךְ ה’ לְעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵן. יִמְלֹךְ ה’ לְעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵן.

And everything they offered was in the likeness of what is above so that all would be blessed. Sixty rams, sixty goats, as it is written,” שִׁשִּׁים גִּבֹּרִים סָבִיב לָהּ” “Sixty mighty men around it” (Songs 3:7). These represent the Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, and Yessod of Zeir Anpin on the side of Gevurah, each including ten, making sixty. “כַּף אַחַת עֲשָׂרָה זָהָב מְלֵאָה קְטֹרֶת.” “One golden spoon of ten shekels” (Numbers 7:14) corresponds to Malchut. And we have already learned this. Blessed is the portion of the Tzadikim, for the Holy One, Blessed be He, pours blessings upon them and hears their prayers. About them, it is written, 
Psalm 102:18
“פָּנָה אֶל תְּפִלַּת הָעַרְעָר וְלֹא בָזָה אֶת תְּפִלָּתָם.”
“He has regarded the prayer of the destitute and has not despised their prayer.”

בָּרוּךְ ה’ לְעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵן. יִמְלֹךְ ה’ לְעוֹלָם אָמֵן וְאָמֵן.
Blessed be the Lord forever. Amen and Amen.
