127. אַחַר שָׁלֹשׁ שָׁנִים הִתְמַנָּה עָלָיו (הִתְמַנָּה עָלֶיהָ) כֹּחַ עֶלְיוֹן לְמַעְלָה, וּבַשָּׁנָה הָרְבִיעִית יִהְיֶה כָּל פִּרְיוֹ קֹדֶשׁ הִלּוּלִים. מַהוּ קֹדֶשׁ הִלּוּלִים? תִּשְׁבָּחוֹת לְשַׁבֵּחַ אֶת הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. עַד כָּאן. מִכָּאן וְאֵילָךְ סוֹד הַדָּבָר, שֶׁבַּשָּׁנָה הָרְבִיעִית מִזְדַּוֶּגֶת כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל עִם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, וְהִלּוּלָה אַחַת נִמְצֵאת, שֶׁכָּתוּב קֹדֶשׁ הִלּוּלִים, הִלּוּלָה וְשִׂמְחָה בְּפַעַם (בְּזִוּוּג) אַחַת.
128. מַה זֶּה הַשָּׁנָה (הָרְבִיעִית)? זֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. וְשָׁנִינוּ, שָׁנָה הָרְבִיעִית זוֹ כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל, שֶׁהִיא עַמּוּד רְבִיעִי לַכִּסֵּא, וְהַכֹּל אֶחָד, שֶׁהֲרֵי אָז מִזְדַּוֵּג הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא עִם כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְאָז הִיא קֹדֶשׁ, וְנִמְצֵאת הִלּוּלָה קְדוֹשָׁה, (וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מִזְדַּוֵּג עִמָּהּ) וְאָז הַחֲיָלוֹת מִתְמַנִּים עַל הָעוֹלָם, עַל כָּל דָּבָר וְדָבָר כָּרָאוּי לוֹ. מִכָּאן וָהָלְאָה כֻּלָּם מִתְבָּרְכִים וּמֻתָּרִים לְמַאֲכָל, שֶׁהֲרֵי כֻּלָּם בִּשְׁלֵמוּת הַכֹּל, בַּשְּׁלֵמוּת שֶׁל מַעְלָה וּמַטָּה.

After three years, a higher power is appointed over the Tree, and in the fourth year, “all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Holy One, Blessed be He.” What does “holy, an offering of praise” mean? The simple understanding refers to making praises to honor the Holy One, Blessed be He. Now, let us explain the secret of the matter. In the fourth year, the Congregation of Israel, which is the Shechina, unites with the Holy One, Blessed be He, who is Zeir Anpin, and a unique joy is found as it is written, “holy, an offering of praise,” indicating a celebration and joy occurring at the same time.

He asks, what is the fourth year? And he answers, it is the Holy One, Blessed be He, who is Zeir Anpin (Z” A). We have learned that the fourth year is the Congregation of Israel, which is Malchut (the Shechina), found as the fourth leg of the throne. The three lines, Chessed, Gevurah, and Tiferet of Z” A, are the three legs of the upper throne, and the Malchut is the fourth leg of the throne. There is no question regarding calling the fourth year the Holy One, Blessed be He because they are one and the same, as the Holy One, Blessed be He, then unites with the Congregation of Israel in Malchut, the Shechina. Thus, it can be called Zeir Anpin, and it can be called Shechina. At that time, it was a state of holiness, and a sacred celebration was found. At this time, forces are appointed over the world for each thing according to its need. From then onward, all are blessed, and it is permitted to eat the fruits because everything is in a state of complete perfection. This is the perfection of above and below, meaning the perfection of Zeir Anpin and Malchut.
