Tikkun 69 – 70

When the ten Sefirot falls into the Klipot, only people that know the Klipot can construct names and together with the YHVH names can break the Klipot and release the light form their hold.

On Shabbat we connect to the pure and Holy Light of the Sefirot. We also receive elevations with the additional soul level of Nefesh, Ruach and Neshamah of Shabbat. When Shabbat is over the Klipot wish to resume control over this light and all that they had before. To protect the light of Shabbat from the Klipot we do the process of Havdalah. It helps us separate ourselves from the Klipot and allows us to keep the light that we received during Shabbat.

The sages teach us that if the Israelites would keep two Shabbats properly, they would be redeemed immediately. This Zohar section gives us the understanding to the amazing statement of the sages. The Negative side can not connect to the light of Shabbat but can grab it from us. If we ‘starve’ the Klipot, they will have no life and be removed from existence. When negativity does not exist we can enjoy continuous flow of light.

It is impossible to make everyone keep the Shabbat properly but alternatively we have the Zohar and Rabbi Shimon that is called Shabbat. When we keep connection to the Zohar on a daily basis we break the klipot around us and our environment.

Do you keep ‘Shabbat’?
