Tikkun 21 – 25
The three time periods of the day, which are morning, afternoon and night have different connections.
The morning energy is of the right column and is the best time to meditate to draw the light of Chassadim (mercy) for the whole day and for acts of sharing. The name of God that is used in the morning is אל.
The afternoon energy is of left column and judgment and we connect to the name אלהים. We use words related to the sacrifices done in the Holy Temple and mention the 11 incense that are used to remove negativity and plagues.
The night connection is in the aspect of the central column and the name יהוה YHVH is used.
We use the words of the Shema Yisrael to bring full balance.

also in our morning connections/prayer are the torah portions re: sacrifices and incences read. ( on another note, we all may be better off if you don’t include the attempted transliteration of the hebrew names of the creator into English)
Why it is better? What is good for all? Please explain.
