Pinchas 117-119
Isaiah 42:10 “שִׁירוּ לַיהוָה שִׁיר חָדָשׁ, תְּהִלָּתוֹ מִקְצֵה הָאָרֶץ ”
“Sing unto YHVH a new song, and His praise from the end of the earth ”
This verse from Isaiah suggests us to sing and give thanks to YHVH because he is inside of us. We should meditate on YHVH when we have moments of joy and happiness. If we don’t do so, then the negative side takes the energy of our joy and leaves us with emptiness. The Holy one (YHVH) cannot support us in this case because we didn’t include him originally. This is not a child’s game; it is the system of cause and effect. In this system we must include the Light with all of our spiritual connections and in every situation we are in. That will guarantee us the promise expressed in the words of the prophet Isaiah (63:9)
“ בְּכָל-צָרָתָם לא (לוֹ) צָר, וּמַלְאַךְ פָּנָיו הוֹשִׁיעָם–בְּאַהֲבָתוֹ וּבְחֶמְלָתוֹ, הוּא גְאָלָם; וַיְנַטְּלֵם וַיְנַשְּׂאֵם, כָּל-יְמֵי עוֹלָם ”
“In all their affliction He was afflicted, and the angel of His presence saved them; in His love and in His mercy He redeemed them; and He bore them, and carried them all the days of life.”
God can be with us in every step of the way if we let him be part of our consciousness.
More on happiness in the next DZ

1. Meditating on YHVH name?
So during some repeating daily activities so as during consacrated daily personal
ceremonies to let YHVH letter name passing through the mind and body ?
But in that case I am the dead end. Should I pass that flow to whom ?
What is the difference between meditating on YHVH name without Niqqud or
with Niqqud. In one of the previous DZ we were adviced on YHVH with three different
wovels: one under the Letter Yod, another under the first letter Hei and last under the
letter Vav?
In Tikkun HaNefesh there are various Niqqud for various parts of the body.
Is it also for meditating on someone else not the self/personal parts of body?
2. Singing on YHVH name?
3. What about breathing? Is this can be expression of joy?
For example gematria of the YHVH name and measuring rhytm of the breath with
time length ( number of seconds ) of the breath-in or breath-out?
Don’t we just love the sound of small children singing, simply and easily, without the need for perfection? I honestly believe that is what our Creator desires from us -- our simple, innocent expression of joyful sound. It is the whole purpose of the book of Psalms, too.
Thank you Zion,
as the folk pearl of wisdom says:)
“the one who sings, frightens his woes”
Lots of Light to all,
Psalm 91:15
“יקראני ואענהו ,עמו אנוכי בצרה, אחלצהו ואכבדהו:”
“he shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him, and bring him honour:”
Thank you Zion. This reminds me of one of my favorite passages -- Isaiah 6:5-8, “Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
What always intrigued me was how did his sin become purged by a “hot coal” touching his lips? Was it his confession and what he was saying about himself as a witness? What do we say about ourselves? Are we worthy? We are…and we aren’t. Jesus said, “It’s not what goes into a man that defiles him, but what comes out!” Even more reason to be extra careful as to what we say. Isaiah was ready “to be sent” only after his confession changed. Are we ready?
Blessings & Light,
Joshua
Yes but what then if we are not ready and we still say?
Should we hide and risk the manifestation in outher form?
Is this not out manipulative wicked nature when counting and calculating ?
Thank you Zion

Zion I remember reading somewhere that it’s precisely during the most difficult periods of our lives that we are closest to God. How do you explain this paradox? Thank you very much.
Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra is located an inch or two above the navel. This Chakra is the focus point for our power and will. Our sense of power, ego and authority, as well as self-control and discipline are centered here. Let us tone and atune ourselves to the LORD by sounding the golden yellow note E. How important are the colors of the rainbow! Very important as they reveal several parallels to life in depth. Love and Light,
Dear Lord these is beautiful thank you Zion for Blessing me.
