Hebrew translation:

29. בְּאֵר חֲפָרוּהָ שָׂרִים כָּרוּהָ נְדִיבֵי הָעָם. בְּאֵר – זוֹ כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. חֲפָרוּהָ שָׂרִים – זֶה אַבָּא וְאִמָּא שֶׁהוֹלִידוּ אוֹתָהּ. כָּרוּהָ נְדִיבֵי הָעָם – אֵלּוּ הָאָבוֹת, שֶׁכָּתוּב (תהלים מז) נְדִיבֵי עַמִּים נֶאֱסָפוּ עַם אֱלֹהֵי אַבְרָהָם וְגוֹ’. בִּשְׁבִיל לְהִתְבָּרֵךְ מֵהֶם עַל יְדֵי דַרְגָּה אַחֶרֶת. וּמִי הַדַּרְגָּה? צַדִּיק שֶׁעוֹמֵד עָלֶיהָ. וְעַל זֶה אָמַרְנוּ, כְּשֶׁבְּאֵר זוֹ נוֹטֶלֶת – בְּסִיּוּעַ הָאָבוֹת נוֹטֶלֶת.
30. וְנִקְרֵאת בְּאֵר, וְנִקְרֵאת יָם. נִקְרֵאת בְּאֵר בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁיִּצְחָק יוֹצֵא מְזֻיָּן מִצַּד אִמָּא וּבָא לְהַמְשִׁיךְ אַחֲרֵי זֶה וּמְמַלֵּא אוֹתָהּ, אָז נִקְרֵאת בְּאֵר יִצְחָק, בְּאֵר מִרְיָם, וַהֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ. יָם, כְּשֶׁמְּאִירָה מֵאוֹר עֶלְיוֹן שֶׁל אַבָּא, אָז נִקְרֵאת יָם, שֶׁנְּחָלִים הוֹלְכִים לְתוֹכָהּ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (קהלת א) כָּל הַנְּחָלִים הֹלְכִים אֶל הַיָּם וְהַיָּם אֵינֶנּוּ מָלֵא.

Zohar Behaalotcha

Numbers 21:18
“בְּאֵר חֲפָרוּהָ שָׂרִים, כָּרוּהָ נְדִיבֵי הָעָם, בִּמְחֹקֵק, בְּמִשְׁעֲנֹתָם; וּמִמִּדְבָּר, מַתָּנָה.”
“the well that the leaders made, that the nobles of the people dug, with the scepter and with their staffs.” And from the wilderness they went on to Mattanah,”

The ‘well’ is Malchut and the ‘leaders’ are Chokmah and Binah that gave birth to Malchut. The ‘noble of people’ are the Patriarchs in the aspect of Chessed, Gevurah and Tiferet. They established channels of Light to Machut through Yessod.
Malchut is called ‘Well’ and sometimes it is called ‘sea’. ‘Well’ from the aspect of the Left column, Gevurah and ’Sea’ is the aspect of the right column the brings to Malchut Chokmah and Chassadim.
