Daily Zohar # 3880 – Vayakhel – Peace shall enter
Daily Zohar 3880

” Peace shall enter; They shall rest in their beds, Each one walking in his uprightness.”
When a person that surrendered his soul leaves this world, his soul ascends and pierces through all heavens, and no one can stop her. The Holy One, Blessed be He, calls and say, “Peace shall enter. ” The Shechina says, “They shall rest in their beds ‘and open for her thirteen mountains of pure Persimmon, and there will be no one that can stop or delay her. Praise is the one who set his heart and will to this. For that it is written;
Exodus 35:5
“‘Take from among you an offering (Teruma) to YHVH. Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as an offering to YHVH: gold, silver, and bronze;.”
The Teruma (offering) is the elevation of the supernal King, as explained.
Lesson;
A soul released from the ‘bondage’ of this world is ‘lighter’ and can ascend to higher levels. These levels are called the mountains of Persimmon, and they represent Lights from Binah.
The Zohar connects the verse related to the offerings (Teruma) to the soul because giving from the heart is a higher level of connection to the channels of Light provided for us. The heart doesn’t expect material rewards but spiritual rewards, like the love of Hashem and the supernal Light.
Also, as explained in Teruma, the word Teruma תרומה is תרום and ה, which means elevating ה of Malchut to ה of Binah. When the heart is open to give, the soul is elevated to Binah.

Rabbi Aba raised his voice and said, I cry because of you even though you are still among the living. I am not crying for you, but I cry for the friends and the world that would be orphans after you leave the world.
Rabbi Shimon is like a candle that illuminates above and illuminates below for all the people of the world. Woe to the world when the illumination below is removed and joins the Light above. Who would shine the Light of the Torah to the world? Rabbi Aba got up and kissed Rabbi Chiyah, telling him, you had these words with you, and HaShem sent me to join you. How great is my reward?
Lesson;
Before passing away, Rabbi Shimon appointed Rabbi Aba to write down all their studies to preserve the Light they revealed through their studies. This book is the Holy Zohar, and we thank Hashem and Rabbi Shimon for that because We can reveal the Light they revealed at their times in our times by studying the Zohar.
