Hebrew translation:

לֵאמֹר, זֶה גִלּוּי עֲרָיוֹת, וְזֶה טְחוֹ”ל, מִי שֶׁזּוֹרֵק בְּאִשְׁתּוֹ בְּעֶצֶב וּבִקְטָטָה, הִתְגַּלְּתָה בּוֹ עֶרְוָה, וְלָכֵן עֶרְוַת אָבִיךָ וְעֶרְוַת אִמְּךָ לֹא תְגַלֶּה. טְחוֹל הִיא לִילִית, מָרָה שְׁחֹרָה, עֶרְוַת הַכֹּל (שֶׁל הַכַּלָּה).

אָמַר רַבִּי אֶלְעָזָר: אַבָּא, הַשִּׁעוּר שֶׁל עֲרָיוֹת הֵם בְּמָקוֹם יָדוּעַ אוֹ לֹא? אָמַר לוֹ: בְּנִי, יהו”ה הוּא י’ אָב, ה’ אֵם, ו’ בֵּן, ה’ בַּת, ה”ה הֵם אִשָּׁה וּבִתָּהּ, כַּלָּה וַחֲמוֹתָהּ, כְּפִי עַנְפֵי הָאִילָן כָּךְ נִקְרְאוּ. עַנְפֵי הָאִילָן נִפְרָדִים לְמַעְלָה בָּאִילָן, כְּמוֹ שֶׁבֵּאֲרוּהוּ וּפְנֵיהֶם וְכַנְפֵיהֶם פְּרוּדוֹת מִלְמָעְלָה, וַעֲלֵיהֶם נֶאֱמַר וְלֹא יְגַלֶּה כְּנַף אָבִיו, וְהֵם מִתְיַחֲדִים לְמַטָּה.

Tikkun 56 – 3

Leviticus 18:7
“עֶרְוַת אָבִיךָ וְעֶרְוַת אִמְּךָ, לֹא תְגַלֵּה”
“The nakedness of thy father, and the nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover”

The ערוה ‘nakedness’ is the negative side of the transfer of light from man to woman. The unification of man and woman from the same DNA is forbidden because they are on the same spiritual line and can draw negativity like a short circuit.

Another aspect of ערוה ‘nakedness’ is when the man and woman are on spiritual opposites. When they have a fight or in sadness they should not unite, as it can bring only negativity.

Man and woman should do everything to please each other so the light that is passes on from the man and manifests in the woman will be pure and beneficial for both of them.
