Hebrew translation:

148. קוֹץ אֶחָד בָּאֶמְצַע, שֶׁהוּא רֹאשׁ אַחֵר. מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהָיוּ שְׁלֹשָׁה רָאשִׁים, וְכָל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד רֹאשׁ לְבַדּוֹ. וְלָכֵן הַקּוֹץ שֶׁל הָאֶמְצַע זֶהוּ רֹאשׁ אַחֵר שֶׁיּוֹצֵא מֵהַקּוֹץ שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְהוּא רֹאשׁ שֶׁל כָּל שְׁאָר הָרָאשִׁים שֶׁיִּבָּנֶה מִמֶּנּוּ הַשֵּׁם הַקָּדוֹשׁ, וְהָרֹאשׁ הַזֶּה הוּא נִסְתָּר שֶׁל הַכֹּל.
149. רֹאשׁ אַחֵר תַּחְתּוֹן, הוּא רֹאשׁ לְהַשְׁקוֹת אֶת הַגָּן, וְהוּא מַעְיַן הַמַּיִם שֶׁכָּל הַנְּטִיעוֹת מֻשְׁקוֹת מִמֶּנּוּ. וְזֶהוּ י’ בִּשְׁלֹשָׁה קְשָׁרִים, וְלָכֵן נִקְרֵאת שַׁלְשֶׁלֶת, כְּמוֹ הַשַּׁלְשֶׁלֶת הַזּוֹ שֶׁנִּקְשְׁרָה זֶה בָּזֶה, וְהַכֹּל אֶחָד.
150. שָׁנִינוּ בְּסִפְרוֹ שֶׁל חֲנוֹךְ, בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁהֶרְאוּ לוֹ חָכְמַת הַסּוֹדוֹת הָעֶלְיוֹנִים וְרָאָה אֶת הָאִילָן שֶׁל גַּן עֵדֶן, הֶרְאוּ לוֹ חָכְמָה בְּסוֹד עֶלְיוֹן, וְרָאָה שֶׁכָּל הָעוֹלָמוֹת הָיוּ נִקְשָׁרִים זֶה בָּזֶה, שָׁאַל אוֹתָם עַל מָה קַיָּמִים? אָמְרוּ לוֹ, כֻּלָּם עוֹמְדִים עַל י’, מִמֶּנָּה נִבְנוּ וְהִשְׁתַּלְשְׁלוּ (נִבְרְאוּ וְנִתְקְנוּ), שֶׁכָּתוּב(תהלים קד)כֻּלָּם בְּחָכְמָה עָשִׂיתָ. וְרָאָה שֶׁכֻּלָּם מִזְדַּעְזְעִים מֵאֵימַת רִבּוֹנָם, וְעַל שְׁמוֹ כֻּלָּם נִקְרְאוּ.
151. וּבְסִפְרוֹ שֶׁל שְׁלֹמֹה הַמֶּלֶךְ אָמַר, הַהַגָּעָה הִיא בְּשַׁלְשֶׁלֶת שֶׁל שְׁלֹשָׁה שֶׁכְּלוּלִים בְּדֶבֶק וְקֶשֶׁר שֶׁל גּוּפוֹ. אֶחָד פַּחַד(שְׁלֵמוּת) שֶׁל הַכֹּל, אֶחָד סוֹתֵם שְׁבִילִים, וְאֶחָד נָהָר עָמֹק.

The thorn in the middle represents another head. Because there are three heads, each one (thorn) is a head unto itself. Therefore, the thorn in the middle is another head that emerges from the upper thorn and is the head of all the other heads to construct the Holy Name from it. This head is the most concealed of all. It is called Chokmah, which emanates from the head of the א Alef, which is the upper Keter.

The lower thorn, which is the lower head of the Yod, is Binah. It is the head for watering the garden, which is Malchut, and it is the wellspring of water from which all plantings are irrigated. For all the Mochin of Zeir Anpin and Nukva, and the world of Briah, Yetzirah, and Asiya are drawn from Binah. This is the secret of the Yod that has three connections: Keter, Chokmah, and Binah. Therefore, it is called a שַׁלְשֶׁלֶת Shalshelet, being like a chain with three rings, linked one to another, and is considered as one.

We learned in the book of Enoch that when he was shown the Wisdom of the supernal secrets, he saw the Tree of the Garden of Eden, which is Zeir Anpin, the Tree of Life within the garden (Genesis 2:9), he was shown the Chokmah below which is Malchut in the secret of the unification with Zeir Anpin which is above her. He saw that all the worlds are interconnected. He asked them, on what do they stand. They told him that all stand on the Yod, which is Wisdom, and from it they were built and evolved, as it is written;
Psalm 104:24
“מָה רַבּוּ מַעֲשֶׂיךָ יְהוָה כֻּלָּם בְּחָכְמָה עָשִׂיתָ מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ קִנְיָנֶךָ.”
“O YHVH, how manifold are Your works! In Wisdom (Chokmah), You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions—”
Enoch saw that all tremble from the fear of their Master, and by His name, they are all called.

Lesson;
The Yod represents the force of the Endless as it starts manifesting the whole creation. Without the force of the Yod, there is no existence. The fear of all levels expresses the dependency on what the Yod, which is the first part of the letter א Alef, represents.

In the Book of King Solomon, it is said that the expansion of the Yod is through a שַׁלְשֶׁלֶת, Shalshelet of three rings, included in the connection of its body. One is the fear of all, which is Keter, as all tremble from its fear, as mentioned above. And one is the sealed paths, which is the concealed Chokmah. And one is a deep river, which is Binah.
