“יְחַוֶּה דֵּעוֹת” “declares knowledge” — “יְחַוֶּה” means “יְחַיֶּה” (he will give life), that he will give life to offspring from the lights that he received from these heavens.
And if you say that “יְחַוֶּה” does not mean “יְחַיֶּה,” come and see: “וַיִּקְרָא הָאָדָם שֵׁם אִשְׁתּוֹ חַוָּה כִּי הִוא הָיְתָה אֵם כָּל־חָי” “And the man called his wife’s name Chava, for she was the mother of all living” (Genesis 3:20). Behold, Chava and Chaya (חיה) rise to one matter: the י(Yod) is removed from Chaya, and a ו (Vav) enters in its place — which is as it should be, for the ו is certainly life, since the ו alludes to Zeir Anpin who is the Tree of Life. And therefore Chava and Chaya — Chava is the essential, for the י of Chaya takes life from the ו of Chava. And therefore, she is called Chava, not Chaya.
Even here, “יְחַוֶּה” means “יְחַיֶּה” (gives life).
Notes:
The Zohar interprets “יְחַוֶּה דֵּעוֹת” (Psalms 19:3) as Malchut (the lower chariot of “nights”), giving life (“יְחַיֶּה”) to offspring from the lights received from Zeir Anpin (“heavens”/“days”). This is paralleled to the name Chava (Eve): the shift from Chaya (חיה, with י) to Chava (חוה, with ו) shows that the feminine (Malchut/Chava) receives true life from the ו of Zeir Anpin (the Tree of Life), making her the essential mother who births and sustains all living. On Shabbat, Malchut thus vivifies spiritual progeny through the divine light she receives from above.

“דַּעַת” that is in the verse “לַיְלָה לְלַיְלָה יְחַוֶּה דָּעַת” — it is the secret of the heavens, meaning Zeir Anpin. Just as the heavens have six extremities (ו קצוות Vav-Ketzavot), so too here he bestows night to night — six extremities in these offspring that the night gives life to, which are like the six directions/extremities of Zeir Anpin. And therefore “day to day” is included in the supernal level אמר, which is Aba and Ima as above. And “night to night” is included in the supernal level in the secret of the male that illuminates her, which is the heavens and Da’at — meaning Zeir Anpin.
Notes:
The Zohar identifies “דַּעַת” in Psalms 19:3 as the secret of Zeir Anpin (“heavens”), who possesses six extremities (the six lower sefirot from Chessed to Yessod). On Shabbat, Zeir Anpin bestows these six directions (“night to night”) upon Malchut’s offspring — the spiritual fruits she vivifies — mirroring his own Vav-Ketzavot structure. “Day to day” encompasses Aba and Ima (the supernal אמר), while “night to night” draws from Zeir Anpin (the illuminating male aspect, heavens/Da’at) to Malchut, enabling her to receive and manifest the full divine structure below.
