It is written, “מִגְדַּל עֹז שֵׁם יְהוָה בּוֹ יָרוּץ צַדִּיק וְנִשְׂגָּב” “The Name of YHVH is a tower of strength; the righteous runs into it and is set on high” (Proverbs 18:10). The righteous one that the verse says is the book of the generations of Adam, who runs into that tower. He asks, “This tower—what is its matter?” And he says that this is the tower of David, that is Malchut, and this is “a tower of strength, the Name of YHVH,” and all is one. For “tower” is a name of Malchut at the time that she is in greatness. “Tower” is a language of greatness. Here there is a known secret to the children of faith, that is in the combinations of the names that go out from the verse “a tower of strength…” And this is certainly the book of generations, that is Yesod the Righteous, as above, for through the tower he makes generations.
“מב”ש עו”י מי”ץ” is a combination of thirty-six letters in twelve houses, in each house three letters, and they go out from the verse “The Name of YHVH is a tower of strength; the righteous runs into it and is set on high, YHVH Righteous.” In the first column along its length you will find in the first letters four letters of “מִגְדַּל” “Migdal.” In the second column along its length, you will find in the first letters four letters, which are the letters of “עוז” and the letter Shin from “ש.” In the third column along its length you will find in the first letters four letters which are “מ” from “שם” and the letters “יהו” YHV from “יהוה” YHVH, and the lower ה Heh of this YHVH you will find in the last letter at the ends of the words of the first column along its length, that is in the name “לקה”. And the words “בּוֹ יָרוּץ צַדִּיק” “in it the righteous runs” you will find in the middle letters of the houses in the rows across their width. In the first row across its width, you will find three letters בו י from “יָרוּץ” (“Yarutz. In the second row across its width, you will find רוץ from “יָרוּץ” “Yarutz.” In the third row, you will find “צדי” from “צדיק” “Tzaddik.” And the “ק” Kuf from “Tzaddik” you will find in the name “לקה” that is in the last row across its width. And in the name “שוה” there is the “ו” Vav of “וְנִשְׂגָּב” “Venisgav.” And in the name “ונק” that is in the last row, there is the “נ” Nun of “וְנִשְׂגָּב” “Venisgav.” And at the ends of the words of the first column along its length, you will find the letters “שגב” of “וְנִשְׂגָּב” “Venisgav.” And the names “יהוה” YHVH) and “צדיק” (Tzaddik) you will find at the ends of the words in the middle column and the third column, along their length.
Notes:

The righteous one who runs into the tower is Yesod, and the tower is Malchut in her greatness. From this verse, the children of faith draw known name-combinations through which Yesod produces generations.

And Rabbi Abba said, Certainly, they brought down a book to Adam, and in it he knew and attained the upper wisdom. And about it the verse says, “This is the book of the generations of Adam” (Genesis 5:1). And this book reaches the sons of God, the sages of the generation. And whoever merited to look into it knows in it the upper wisdom, and they look into it and attain in it. And this book, the Master of Secrets, that is the angel Raziel, brought down to Adam, the first man, in the Garden of Eden. And three appointed angels are before it, who guard the book so that the external (חיצונים) ones will not cling to it.
Notes:
The “book of the generations of Adam” is also the book of upper wisdom that the angel Raziel gave to Adam in the Garden of Eden. It is guarded by three angels so that the outer forces cannot attach to it, and the sages who merit it attain the upper wisdom.
