Tikkun 70 – 112
The book of the Chronicles of Adam is also related to חנוך, Chanoch. The Zohar tells us that he was incarnation of Adam and the commentator, Matok Midvash, says that he received the soul level of Neshamah of Atziluth of Adam, which is the highest possible level of the soul that can be given to a living person. So even though Chanoch was born to Jared (Yered), he is considered a son of Adam.
Genesis 5:25
“ וַיִּתְהַלֵּךְ חֲנוֹךְ, אֶת-הָאֱלֹהִים; וְאֵינֶנּוּ, כִּי-לָקַח אֹתוֹ אֱלֹהִים.”
“And Enoch walked with God, and he was not; for God took him”
(The translation uses Enoch but the pronunciation of the name is Chanoch as it begins with Ch ח.)
Chanoch was so pure that he didn’t have to die and God took him and made him the archangel Metatron. His duty is to serve as the keeper of the supernal gates between the lower seven Sefirot and the upper three Sefirot. Because of his relation to Moses, Metatron will help Moses with the process of bringing down the Mashiach.
