When people are doing their standing silent connection with the 18 blessings, the Mitzvah Queen asks the Holy one to open the gates and fulfill their prayers.

The energy entity called Mitzvah Queen, is appointed to look after all the Mitzvoth (precepts).

Every word has representation in the spiritual worlds. When the word has a greater meaning or representing many actions in this world then it is called Queen, related to Malchut which means kingdom and it is a female aspect of creation.

The Queen is appointed for all the actions of people driven from or by this word.
