Daily Zohar – Tikunim – #186 – Its not so hard to see the light.
Tikkun 18 Continue
The body is a tool of the soul to use for its correction process.
We breathe and speak. Words are energies used by us to build or destroy. We eat and drink to sustain our life and to be able to do for others.
All our senses are made to connect us to this world and act positively.
The Mitzvoth (precepts) in the Torah are our opportunity to connect and draw the supernal light to our world. They are related to all the senses because all is important in the process of elevating the soul to a pure and higher place.
When we use our senses to see, hear, smell, taste or touch, it should be done with consciousness of connecting to the light. There are blessings related to every sense we have.
When you see, hear, smell, taste or touch something, remember that there is light in it. Connect to it by pausing and recognizing the fact that it has the light in it.
