The Zohar teaches us that the Torah is the totality and the precepts are the details and all is one because the Holy One Blessed be He is truth and the Torah is truth.
The supernal Torah and precept is Chokmah and Binah. Chokmah (father) is the Light, Torah, and Binah (mother), precept, draws and continue the Light to the ‘son’ (Zeir Anpin) and ‘daughter’ (Malchut) below.
Because the upper three sefirot are separated from the lower seven, The world of Briah (Creation, Binah) include the aspect of separation and the Klipah can be found there.
From the aspect of Malchut we have the precepts that enable us to connect to the Torah, Light and draw it to our world. To fulfil a Mitzvah we need to make efforts and break Klipot
The word for precept is מצוה. The last two letters are the וה VH of the YHVH name. The first two are מצ and when we follow the mitzvah we transform the letters to their אתבש atbash and we get יה YH and together we get יהוה YHVH. With every Mitzvah we make a ‘name’ for ourselves.
The precepts, ‘Mitzvah’ of the Torah are opportunities for us to make connection to the central column and the YHVH name and draw down blessings.

The letter מ and צ have the numerical value of 130 which is 10 times ‘love’ אהבה. Each precept connects us to the Tree of Life.
The most important precept of the Torah is “ואהבת לרעך כמוך” “Love your fellow man as yourself”
The next DZ would describe the true and deep meaning of this kind of love from the teaching of Rabbi Ashlag.
