Psalms 104:24
“מָה רַבּוּ מַעֲשֶׂיךָ יְהוָה כֻּלָּם בְּחָכְמָה עָשִׂיתָ מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ קִנְיָנֶךָ”
““How manifold are Thy works, YHVH! In wisdom hast Thou made them all; the earth is full of Thy creatures””
There are two kinds of Chokmah in the world of Atzilut. The sefira of Chokmah of the ten Sefirot and Chokmah of the left side that is the root of the 32 paths that created the world of Malchut. The first kind of Chokmah is the force and the essence of the light of Chokmah. The Chokmah from the Left is the revelation of the Light of Chokmah in Binah that is the creative force of the world below. This light is the continuation of the Light from the Chokmah of the concealed Keter that is the head of Arich Anpin.

The beard of the face of Arich Anpin is called ‘Mazal’ ‘מזל’, a word that means ‘luck’ but it also means ‘drip’ or ‘flow’, relating to the flow of light from the Endless. The hair of A”A (Arich Anpin) is channels for the light that comes from Keter and supply the forces to create the upper and lower worlds including the angels. The nourishment, sustenance of all worlds depend on the ‘mazal’ from A”A.
Zeir Anpin and Malchut are the aspects of Heaven and Earth that also depend on it. This precious ‘mazal’ is also called ‘מזלא’,’mazala’ that means ‘success’. Because the hair is channeling it includes aspects of judgment but in this case it helps the channels hold to the root in Keter and draw the light to the four worlds of Atzilut, B’riah, Yetzirah, and Asiah below. Without the channels from the beard of A”A, Zeir Anpin and Malchut wouldn’t be able to come to existence.
On Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur we have a connection to the highest level of Keter. We use this opportunity during the Kedusha of Keter (in the Musaf) to ask one of three wishes, righteous children, sustenance, and divine spirit. The entire year depends on these two events and that means a connection to the Keter of Arich Anpin.
A similar opportunity we have on Shabbat morning during the Kedusha of Keter. Also during the third meal of Shabbat, we can study Zohar and make personal wishes. The latter two events affect the week ahead while Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur affect the entire year.

The thirteen attributes of mercy depend on the beard of A”A. They flow to Zeir Anpin but only nine of them revealed on that level. They sweeten the judgments on the lower levels.
