Daily Zohar – Tikunim – #337 – The cause of dark skies
Tikkun 21– 78
“But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear.”
The eyes are at the level of Chokmah and the dark side, which is the minster of the negative side, Sama-el and the Snake control the darkness and block us from seeing the truth.
That is why King David prays in Psalms 119:18
“remove the curtain from my eyes and I will see wonders, from your Torah.”
With the Torah that is truth and the secret of the cantillations “Shofar Mehupach Kadma and Zakef Katan”, the light comes through and judgments turn into mercy.
The Torah study is our tool to break through the darkness that the dark side imposes on us. They trap us in the illusion of the eyes at the level of Malchut. When we climb through the central column, Zeir Anpin, and connect to Chokmah, our spiritual eyes open and we can see the truth of what is good for us.
A Tzazddik knows how to connect the seven Sefirot below to the supernal and that gives him the ability to transform judgments into mercy.
