The court that judges the world on Rosh Hashanah is active for ten days until Yom Kippur. On that day, the female, Malchut, illuminates from the Light of the upper three Sefirot. The opponent, Snake, that persecutes the people is not in the world because he is busy with the scapegoat that was given to him on Yom Kippur. Because of that, he can not come to the Holy Temple and prosecute Israel trying to break the unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut.
