Daily Zohar # 3651 – Behaalotcha – He has not given me over to death

Zohar Behaalotcha
Psalms 118:17
“I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of YH.”

YH ‘יָהּ’ are the first two letters of the YHVH name that are for Chokmah and Binah.
“And I declare the works of YH ” are from the side of Hod because the Light of Chokmah that comes out from Binah is revealed in Hod.
Psalms 118:18
“YH has chastened me severely, But He has not given me over to death.”
“YH has chastened me severely” is from Chokmah and Binah that are from the Right and Left. Chokmah include the three Sefirot on the Right column, Chokmah, Chessed, and Netzach. Binah includes the three Sefirot on the Left, Binah, Gevurah, and Hod. Before the center column was formed, the Right and the Left were divided and drew judgments. That is why it says “YH has chastened me severely”.
“He has not given me over to death” is the aspect of the Center column that includes the sefirot in the Center, Keter, Tiferet and Yessod. Tiferet represents the letter V of the name and a ‘son’ to YH. The V rises up with the H of Malchut to YH with “mercy and begging” and completes the Holy name YHVH. This what we read in Amos 9:11
““On that day I will raise up The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, And repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, And rebuild it as in the days of old;”
When the people plead for mercy, the Tabernacle of David that is Malchut would be restored to its original state and the Holy name would be in perfection.

The ‘Faithful Shepherd’, who is Moses rose, kissed Rabbi Shimon, blessed him, and said it is certain that you are the messenger that your master sent to us. Tanaim and Amoraim said to the Faithful Shepherd, you know that all of the secrets and through you it was revealed. Because of your humility that was said “Now the man Moses was very meek” (Numbers 12:3), you are shy to take the honor for yourself. The Holy one Blessed be He appointed us and the Holy Candle, Rabbi Shimon, to be your hands and mouth in these places.
