Hebrew translation:

139. וְעַל כֵּן זִוּוּגָם שֶׁל בְּנֵי אָדָם הוּא בִּזְמַנִּים יְדוּעִים, לְכַוֵּן הָרָצוֹן לְהִדָּבֵק בַּקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. וַהֲרֵי הֵעִירוּ, בַּחֲצוֹת הַלַּיְלָה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא נִכְנָס לְגַן עֵדֶן לְהִשְׁתַּעֲשֵׁעַ עִם הַצַּדִּיקִים, וּכְנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל מְשַׁבַּחַת אֶת הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, וְהִיא עֵת רָצוֹן לִדְבֹּק בָּהֶם.
140. וְהַחֲבֵרִים שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה, מִשְׁתַּתְּפִים עִם כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל לְשַׁבֵּחַ אֶת הַמֶּלֶךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ, וּמִתְעַסְּקִים בַּתּוֹרָה לִשְׁאָר בְּנֵי הָאָדָם, אָז עֵת רָצוֹן לְהִתְקַדֵּשׁ בִּקְדֻשַּׁת הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא וּלְכַוֵּן רָצוֹן לִדְבֹּק בּוֹ. וְאוֹתָם הַחֲבֵרִים שֶׁמִּשְׁתַּדְּלִים בַּתּוֹרָה, הַזִּוּוּג שֶׁלָּהֶם בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁנִּמְצָא זִוּוּג אַחֵר, וְזֶה מִשַּׁבָּת לְשַׁבָּת, לְכַוֵּן הָרָצוֹן לִדְבֹּק בַּקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא וּבִכְנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל, שֶׁהִיא עֵת רָצוֹן שֶׁהַכֹּל מִתְבָּרְכִים, הָעֶלְיוֹנִים וְהַתַּחְתּוֹנִים.

The desire of people for unification with the Light is at known times. At midnight, the Holy One Blessed be He enters the Garden of Eden to have a good time with the righteous, and the Congregation of Israel, which is Malchut that praises the Holy One. It is a time that the gates of prayers in the heavens are open and the people below can cling to the Holy One Blessed be He and the Shechina.

The Torah scholars connect with the Congregation of Israel to praise the Holy One Blessed be He, and engage in Torah studies. Then it is the time of mercy in the heavens and people can have unification with their wives with the desire to cling to the Holy One Blessed be He, and sanctify themselves with the Holy unification.
Those who study the Torah have a supernal unification that is done from Shabbat to Shabbat. They meditate about the desire to cling to Hashem, and the Congregation of Israel. It is a time of mercy that all get blessed, the upper and the lower levels.
