Zohar Emor

#166
Any person who has not counted the Omer, these seven full Shabats, to be entitled to this purity, is not called pure, and as not pure, he is not worthy to have a share in the Torah. And he who comes pure to Shavuot, to the night of Shavuot, he needs to engage in the Torah and connect with it, and keep the supreme purity that comes to him that night, and be purified.
#167
On the night of Shavuot, we should engage in the study of the oral Torah, that is the secret of Malchut. Together, Malchut and the children of Israel would be cleansed from the fountain of the deep stream, that is Binah. Then on the day, the written Torah that is Zeir Anpin, will connect with Malchut, and be unified as one above. Then it would be announced;
Isaiah 59:21
“As for Me,” says YHVH, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says YHVH, “from this time and forevermore.”
#168
And the first Hassidim were not sleeping on that night, and were engaged in Torah all night. They said, we come to inherit a sacred inheritance for us and for our sons in two worlds. The Congregation of Israel adorns them, and comes to mate with the king, and they both adorn the heads of those who have earned it with their connection on that night.
