Tikkun 21 – 144

The Shabbat is on an elevated state and the Zohar suggests us to change and improve on this day compared to the rest of the week.
The bread should be better, the blessings should be on two breads, not just one.
If a relationship between the man and the woman are casual and without unity, he should please his wife with kind words and actions to connect with complete unity.

The woman, like Shabbat and the light of Binah, is the queen and to connect to her, the man should make the effort to be at a state of love and peace.
The righteous come to their wives only on Friday night so their connection will be only in a frame of complete unity with the light, as Malchut and Zeir Anpin are in the level of Binah on Shabbat.

Especially on Shabbat we should treat our wives like a queen. Even if we draw a great light with our spiritual connection, without the wife, vessel, there is no manifestation.

The only reason God made the seventh day special is to have the opportunity for us to elevate and ‘recharge’ our system.
