The above refers to a person that sometimes desires to be home and sometimes to be out traveling. He can’t be satisfied because when he is home, he wishes to travel, and when he is traveling, he wishes to be home. He always has success when traveling and sometimes when at home. He will succeed in the Torah and its secrets if he strives to study. He sees his haters fall and can bring good to others. He is lazy in the mundane world. If he raises desires below, he is answered from above. He has a good eye, his prayers are answered, he spends money, and his wealth goes up and down.

It is he who sometimes breaks his heart before his Lord. Then three small lines are found in his palm. They pass over that thin line added to those years in width. And this secret is the ה connected with the ר. This reveals the implied attributes; way, home, joy, sadness, benefits, laziness, good eye, spending money, and returns to his master with a broken heart.
