The head of the Yeshiva of the upper world shares a secret with Rabbi Shimon. The soul level of Ruach of a person is drawn from the holy spirit in Malchut. The level of Neshama is drawn from the Tree of Life, and since the Holy Spirit, an aspect of Malchut gives from its power, the chariots of Malchut give from their power to the bones and all body organs. They add to the body one on top of the other: bone on bone, limb on limb. The Sitra Achra gives only the flesh and nothing else. The chariots of the Sitra Achra give all the ligaments and arteries to continue blood to the flesh. And after these, they give their power, the heavens, which is Zeir Anpin provides power, which is the skin that is over everything, like the sky that is over everything.

Then heaven and earth connect, meaning Zeir Anpin and Malchut, and give the four elements, fire, water, air, and earth, to protect all and cover everything. And then, when a person dies, each one takes the part that he gave to the body, and the body is canceled. The holy spirit and its chariots, the part they gave to man, stay in existence. The Ruach and Neshama go up. The chariots of the Holy Spirit, their bones held, are an important part of the body. And that is why it is written;
Isaiah 58:11
“וְנָחֲךָ יְהוָה תָּמִיד וְהִשְׂבִּיעַ בְּצַחְצָחוֹת נַפְשֶׁךָ וְעַצְמֹתֶיךָ יַחֲלִיץ וְהָיִיתָ כְּגַן רָוֶה וּכְמוֹצָא מַיִם אֲשֶׁר לֹא יְכַזְּבוּ מֵימָיו.”
“YHVH will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.”
We read that the bones can get stronger, but it is not written like that about the flesh.
