He drew from his side and hid under the cover of a place called the runner’s cabin until midnight. After midnight, a flame comes out of the pillar of Isaac, which is the Left line, and strikes this rooster called “גבר” (pronounced ‘Gever’) “man,” who is Gabriel, like the aspect of the line of Isaac, Gevura of Zeir Anpin. Since the flame strikes the ‘rooster’/ ‘Gever,’ he makes six calls.

When Gabriel calls, all the roosters of this world are calling. And another flame comes out of Gabriel and reaches them under their wings, and they call. In the first hour Gabriel, he reads and says,
Psalm 29:4
“קוֹל יְהוָה בַּכֹּחַ קוֹל יְהוָה בֶּהָדָר.”
“The voice of the LORD is powerful; The voice of YHVH is full of majesty.”
At the second hour he reads and says;
Psalm 29:5
“קוֹל יְהוָה שֹׁבֵר אֲרָזִים וַיְשַׁבֵּר יְהוָה אֶת אַרְזֵי הַלְּבָנוֹן.”
“The voice of YHVHH breaks the cedars; yes, YHVH splinters the cedars of Lebanon.”
At the third hour he calls and says;
Psalm 29:7
“קוֹל יְהוָה חֹצֵב לַהֲבוֹת אֵשׁ.”
“The voice of the LORD divides the flames of fire.”
At the fourth hour he reads and says;
Psalm 29:8
“קוֹל יְהוָה יָחִיל מִדְבָּר יָחִיל יְהוָה מִדְבַּר קָדֵשׁ.”
“The voice of YHVH shakes the wilderness; YHVH shakes the Wilderness of Kadesh.”
In the fifth hour, he calls and says;
Psalm 29:3
“קוֹל יְהוָה עַל הַמָּיִם אֵל הַכָּבוֹד הִרְעִים יְהוָה עַל מַיִם רַבִּים.”
“The voice of YHVH is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; YHVH is over many waters.”
In the sixth hour, he calls and says;
Psalm 29:9
“קוֹל יְהוָה יְחוֹלֵל אַיָּלוֹת וַיֶּחֱשֹׂף יְעָרוֹת וּבְהֵיכָלוֹ כֻּלּוֹ אֹמֵר כָּבוֹד.”
“The voice of YHVH makes the deer give birth, And strips the forests bare; And in His temple, everyone says, “Glory!”
Then he calls and says,
Isaiah 40:6
“קוֹל אֹמֵר קְרָא וְאָמַר מָה אֶקְרָא כָּל הַבָּשָׂר חָצִיר וְכָל חַסְדּוֹ כְּצִיץ הַשָּׂדֶה.”
“The voice said, “Cry out!” And he said, “What shall I cry?” “All flesh is grass, And all its loveliness is like the flower of the field.”
And this is Gabriel, the aspect of the rooster that calls and does not stay quiet. After that, he returns to calls as at the beginning.

Lesson;
There are 18 times the name YHVH in this Psalm. The six ‘calls’ are connected to the six sefirot of Zeir Anpin. We recite Psalm 29 on Friday night to welcome the Shabbat to unify Zeir Anpin and Malchut, the Shechina.
We also recite it when we return the Torah to the Ark after the Torah reading on Shabbat.
Some recite it when circling a resting place of a Tzadik.
