Daily Zohar # 4359 – Beresheet – There is none other besides Him
Daily Zohar 4359

Another explanation for “Now see that I, even I, am He” (Deuteronomy 32:39)
This is the Holy One Blessed be He, and the Shechina, on them it was said “אֲנִי וָה” וּ” “I am and He”.
“And there is no God (אֱלֹהִים ELHYM) besides Me” refers to Sam-l and the Snake. “I kill,” meaning that The Holy One with the Shechina brings death to the wicked, as it is written;
Deuteronomy 17:6
“Whoever is deserving of death shall be put to death on the testimony of two or three witnesses; he shall not be put to death on the testimony of one witness.”
“and I make alive” means that the Shechina brings life to the righteous.
“and no one can be saved from my hand.” is the hand of YHVH that is יהו “ה יוֹ” ד הֵ” א וָא” ו הֵ” א, also, כוז” ו במוכס” ז כוז” ו (aspect of Left).
The secret of the “עִלַּת עַל כָּל הָעִלּוֹת,” “cause of all causes,” is revealed only to a few among sages and prophets.
Lesson;
Rabbi Ashlag explains that at the end of the Tikun, what we see now as opposites, meaning Sam-l against holiness, would be revealed as one system because there is none other besides YHVH.
Deuteronomy 4:35
“To you, it was shown, that you might know that the YHVH Himself is God (אֱלֹהִים ELHYM); there is none other besides Him.”
YHVH is the side of Mercy, and (אֱלֹהִים ELHYM) is on the Left, the side of Judgement.
Hashem created the system with two opposite sides for our Tikun process. It gives us the power to choose between good and evil and build a bigger and better vessel than the one we were born with. In the end, our vessel would be filled with Light according to its size, and the process of working and earning would no longer exist. We should work on our vessel during this life. Teshuva is the process that purifies and builds our vessel. It is a continuous and daily process. The ten days of repentance from Rosh Hashanah to Yom Kippur are critical for the coming year, but since we do not know if we will live to the next day, we need to do Teshuva every day, and the best time is to do it before going to sleep.

Many “causes” are hidden and dressed in the Sefirot, and the Sefirot are chariots for them. They are beyond the grasp of the human mind, and about them, it is said;
“כִּי גָבֹהַּ מֵעַל גָּבֹהַּ שֹׁמֵר וּגְבֹהִים עֲלֵיהֶם” “for high watches over high, and higher are over them” Ecclesiastes 5:7
Brighter lights are above each other. And those who receive are darker than others of whom they receive. And the cause of all causes has no light standing before it, and all the lights below it are dimmer.
Lesson;
The Lights of one level are always brighter than the level below it. As the levels spread downward to Malchut, they are gradually dimmed. In the world of Asiya, Action, which is our level, we see the Light as condensed matter, and only when upper Light reflects from it can we see it; otherwise, everything in this world is darkness.
Therefore, we must act to reveal the Light in this world.
