Daily Zohar 4497

e) For the priest to bless the people, this is to include Israel together at the moment they receive blessings from above because at that time, the Congregation of Israel, which is Malchut, receives blessings.
f) And the moment of will is to commit one’s soul to Him and to give Him the soul with the will of the heart, as when falling on their faces and saying,
Psalm 25:1
“To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul,”
With heartfelt intention and a readiness to fully dedicate one’s soul to Him with unwavering desire.
These are the six Mitzvot that stand in the prayer, corresponding to the six hundred Mitzvot of the Torah.
#155
And if you ask, there are 613 Mitzvot in the Torah, why then say that six Mitzvot correspond to six hundred? The answer is that these 13 other Mitzvot serve to draw down the 13 Attributes of Mercy, which are all included within them. The 13 Attributes of Mercy that we recite correspond to them. And these six Mitzvot are those with which the prayer is adorned, namely corresponding to Chessed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzach, Hod, Yessod, as the prayer that is the secret of Malchut receiving from Zeir Anpin.
#156
Fortunate is the portion of one who sets their heart and will to the six principles mitzvot and fulfills them every day, and upon these, depending on many other things. However, when people reach these levels, they must intend their heart and will to fulfill the particular Mitzva associated with that phrase. Then above they are proclaimed, saying,
Isaiah 49:3
“And He said to me, ‘You are My servant, O Israel, In whom I will be glorified.'”
Rabbi Abba came and kissed him.
