Jacob said,
Isaiah 58:8
“Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of YHVH shall be your rear guard.”
The phrase “shall break forth” (יִבָּקַע) has the same letters as Jacob (יעקב). The other Tzadikim say,
Isaiah 58:11
“YHVH will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.”
King David said, “No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, for he is appointed over all the weapons of war in the world.” Fortunate is the portion of the person who has merited all this. Blessed is the portion of the righteous in this world and the world to come. About them, it is written,
Isaiah 60:21
“Also, your people shall all be righteous; They shall inherit the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.”
The Mitzvah is to take the Lulav on that day with its species. The secret is as the friends have established it. As the Holy One, Blessed be He, takes Israel in these days and rejoices with them, so too, Israel takes the Holy One, Blessed be He, as their portion and rejoices in Him. This is the secret of the Lulav and the species associated with it. It represents the form of a human, namely Zeir Anpin, as the three myrtle branches correspond to Chessed, Gevurah, and Tiferet, the two willow branches correspond to Netzach and Hod, the Lulav to Yessod, and the Etrog to Malchut. As we have already learned this.
Lesson;
The Lulav is a spiritual tool for drawing the Light of the six sefirot of Zeir Anpin to Malchut, us. The Sukkah has six directions, four sides, plus up and down. The best way to use the Lulav for the best connection is inside the Sukkah.
