Hebrew translation:

177. בֹּא רְאֵה, כָּל זֶה שֶׁל יוֹסֵף עִם אֶחָיו וְכָל הַדְּבָרִים הַלָּלוּ לָמָּה צָרִיךְ? אֶלָּא תּוֹרַת אֱמֶת הִיא הַתּוֹרָה, וְכָל דְּרָכֶיהָ דְּרָכִים קְדוֹשׁוֹת, וְאֵין לְךָ דָּבָר בַּתּוֹרָה שֶׁאֵין בּוֹ סוֹדוֹת עֶלְיוֹנִים וּקְדוֹשִׁים וּדְרָכִים לִבְנֵי אָדָם לְהִתְחַזֵּק בָּהֶם.
178. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (משלי כ) אַל תֹּאמַר אֲשַׁלְּמָה רָע וְגוֹ’. בֹּא רְאֵה, הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא עוֹשֶׂה לָאָדָם שֶׁיִּתְגַּבֵּר בַּתּוֹרָה, וְלָלֶכֶת בְּדֶרֶךְ אֱמֶת, וּלְצַד הַיָּמִין, וְלֹא יֵלֵךְ לְצַד הַשְּׂמֹאל. וּמִשּׁוּם שֶׁצָּרִיךְ לָהֶם לָלֶכֶת לְצַד הַיָּמִין, יֵשׁ לָהֶם לְהַרְבּוֹת אַהֲבָה זֶה עִם זֶה, וְלֹא תִהְיֶה שִׂנְאָה זֶה עִם זֶה, כְּדֵי שֶׁלֹּא לְהַכְחִישׁ אֶת הַיָּמִין, שֶׁהוּא הַמָּקוֹם שֶׁיִּשְׂרָאֵל נִדְבָּקִים בּוֹ.
179. וּבֹא וּרְאֵה, מִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הוּא יֵצֶר טוֹב וְיֵצֶר רָע, וְיִשְׂרָאֵל צְרִיכִים לְחַזֵּק אֶת יֵצֶר טוֹב עַל יֵצֶר רָע בְּאוֹתָם הַמַּעֲשִׂים הַכְּשֵׁרִים, וְאִם אָדָם סוֹטֶה לִשְׂמֹאל, אָז מִתְגַּבֵּר יֵצֶר רָע עַל יֵצֶר טוֹב. וּמִי שֶׁהָיָה פָגוּם, מַשְׁלִים לוֹ בְּחֶטְאוֹ, שֶׁהֲרֵי אֵין הַמְנֻוָּל הַזֶּה נִתְקָן אֶלָּא בַּחֲטָאִים שֶׁל בְּנֵי הָאָדָם.

Come and see, all that is written about Joseph and his brothers, and all these matters—why was it necessary to be written in the Torah? The answer is: The Torah is the Torah of Truth, and all its ways are holy ways. There is not a single word in the Torah that does not contain supernal and sacred secrets, as well as pathways for the people to strengthen themselves.
Notes:
The stories in the Torah, including those about Joseph and his brothers, carry profound spiritual significance. They contain hidden spiritual secrets and serve as a source of strength and guidance for all.

He opened and said, “אַל תֹּאמַר אֲשַׁלְּמָה רָע” “Do not say, ‘I will repay evil’…” (Proverbs 20:22). Come and see: The Holy One, Blessed be He, created man to strengthen himself through the Torah, to walk on the path of truth and to align himself with the side of the right. A man should not stray to the left. And because people are required to walk on the side of the right, they must increase love among one another, for love is associated with the right side. They should not harbor hatred toward one another, which is associated with the left, so as not to weaken the right—the place where Israel cleaves to Hashem.
Notes:
The Torah teaches us to align with love and unity, represented by the “right side,” to maintain a strong connection to Hashem and avoid the divisive forces associated with the “left side.”

Come and see: For this reason, there is the good inclination (yetzer tov) and the evil inclination (yetzer hara). Israel must strengthen the good inclination over the evil inclination through good deeds. If a person inclines to the left, then the evil inclination overpowers the good inclination. That which was flawed, meaning the evil inclination, is completed and empowered by the sins of the people. For this vile one (the yetzer hara) is only empowered through the sins of people.
Notes:
The yetzer hara is sustained and strengthened by human sins, while the yetzer tov gains power through good deeds. Thus, individuals must actively strengthen the yetzer tov to prevail over the yetzer hara and align with holiness.
