Zohar Acharei Mot

#315
A single vision of crystal (בדולח) is seen upon a single sword. At the tip of that sword, a fiery red color glows from within the crystal. On both sides—from this side and that side—are seen deep engravings (impressions) on that sword. A mighty hero, a youth who stands in thirteen worlds, is girded with that sword to execute vengeance. With him are sixty mighty warriors, each girded with a sword. All of them are trained and skilled in the art of war. As it is written: “חֲגוֹר חַרְבְּךָ עַל יָרֵךְ גִּבּוֹר הוֹדְךָ וַהֲדָרֶךָ.” “Gird your sword upon your thigh, O mighty one…” (Psalms 45:4), and also: “כֻּלָּם אֲחֻזֵי חֶרֶב מְלֻמְּדֵי מִלְחָמָה” “All holding swords, trained in war…” (Songs 3:8). Their faces transform in many different ways, and none can recognize them, except for one worm, which glides among the fish of the sea. All stones that this worm passes above them are split open.
Notes:
A pure yet fiery sword executes precise spiritual justice guided by Binah’s clarity (aspect of crystal בדולח). The mighty youth and his sixty warriors are spiritual guardians or avengers, executing the Creator’s will across thirteen dimensions (Attributes of mercy). Despite their power, they are hidden and mysterious, only recognizable by a humble force—the worm—which represents hidden wisdom, subtlety, and transformation. The worm’s ability to split stones shows that even the hardest hearts or spiritual blockages can be pierced by Divine wisdom cloaked in humility.
