Blessed are the righteous in this world and the world to Come, for the Holy One, blessed be He, desires their honor and reveals to them the supernal secrets of His holy Name — secrets that He did not reveal even to the holy ministering angels. Therefore, Moses was able to be crowned among the holy angels, and none of them could approach him — like a burning fire and fiery coals — because he invoked the sacred Names that the angels themselves did not know. For if not for this, what did Moses have that he could stand among them? But fortunate is the portion of Moses: for when the Holy One, blessed be He, began to speak with him, Moses desired to know His sacred Name — both its concealed and its revealed aspects — each as was fitting. And then he cleaved to Him and knew more than all the people of the world.
Notes:
The righteous are privileged above even the angels, for God reveals to them the deepest secrets of His holy Name. Moses, by seeking to understand both the concealed and revealed aspects of God’s Name, attained a level of divine knowledge and closeness unmatched by any other being—allowing him to stand among the angels in glory and awe. Yet, even for those who have not reached such exalted levels of righteousness, there is still a powerful connection to be made. When we study the Torah, especially the Zohar, we engage with the Divine Names and spiritual structures on a subconscious and spiritual level. Though we may not fully comprehend the inner workings of these mysteries, the very act of study and sincere intention draws light and protection into our lives. This hidden connection uplifts our soul, refines our inner world, and creates channels of blessing, healing, and spiritual alignment that reach far beyond our conscious awareness. As the Zohar teaches, the words of Torah are infused with supernal light, and those who engage with them—even without complete understanding—are enveloped in holiness and merit divine assistance in this world and the next.

Come and see: At the moment when Moses ascended into the cloud, he entered among the holy angels. One angel confronted him — a fiery blaze, with flaming eyes and wings that burned — and sought to swallow him up. His name was קמואל, Kamu’el. Then Moses invoked a sacred Name, one that was inscribed with twelve letters, and the angel trembled and was shaken. Only then was Moses able to ascend among them. And so it was with each and every one of them. Fortunate is his portion!
