Havdalah – הבדלה
The Havdalah ceremony is done after Shabbat to separate between the holy Shabbat and the days of the week. The process engages the senses of speech (Blessings), hearing, smell (Fragrance), sight (light of the candle), and taste (wine).

The minimum blessing to make Havdalah is:
בָּרוּךְ הַמַּבְדִּיל בֵּין קדֶשׁ לְחול
Baruch Hamavdil ben Kodesh L’chol
