Abra Kadabra in Aramaic אברא כדברא, which means I’ll create as I speak. The power of creation comes through the mouth.
“And God said…Let there be Light” ,”And God said ….”. The whole creation was done by ten sayings of God.

The expression of words comes from the mouth, which are the 22 letters of Malchut. The letters split into five groups based on the source of their sound—lips, teeth, palate, tongue, and throat.

They are connected with the five points to the source of the energy that comes to Chokmah and Binah. Their code names are Israel Saba (Grandfather Israel) and Tevunah (the Power of Understanding).

Similar to the connection between the mouth and the letters is the connection between the eyes, the eyelids, the eyelashes, and the energy of Keter, Chokmah, Binah, Zeir Anpin, and Malchut. And, the three different colors in the eye (of the pupil, iris, and sclera) function as the dots of the letters.

The five channels of the 22 letters from the mouth connected to the five points of Keter, Chokmah, Binah, Tiferet and Malchut of Israel Saba and Tevunah in the following manner:

The upper five points through the upper H ה of the name YHVH transfer the light to the lower H of the YHVH. When they both connected, the Ten Utterances came out ( ה ה = = 5×2 = 10).

This is the secret of the engraving on the onyx stones on the garment of the High Priest (Exodus 39:6). (For the Hebrew readers, notice the Nikkud (dots) of the letters, פִּתּוּחֵי חוֹתָם.The Shuruk transforms for the Alef.)

The above five letters are a good meditation to help break limitations and for starting anew. It is good to combine this meditation with the first of the 72 Names ( והו ) to start something, and with the forty-ninth name of the 72 Names ( והו ) to renew something. Although the two names look the same, just as with the two H’s in YHVH, they are on different levels.
