Hebrew translation:

85. אֶלָּא הַכֹּל בַּפָּסוּק הַזֶּה. וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם – זֶה שָׁמוֹר. וַעֲשִׂיתֶם – זֶה זָכוֹר, שֶׁהַכֹּל סוֹד אֶחָד. זְכִירָה זוֹהִי עֲשִׂיָּה. שֶׁהֲרֵי מִי שֶׁמַּזְכִּיר הַדָּבָר לְמַטָּה, מַתְקִין (עוֹשִׂים מִשָּׁם לְאוֹתוֹ סוֹד שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְכָל מִי שֶׁעוֹשֶׂה דָבָר לְמַטָּה) וְנַעֲשֶׂה אוֹתוֹ הַסּוֹד שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה. מִצְווֹת הַתּוֹרָה אֵלּוּ הֵן שֵׁשׁ מֵאוֹת וּשְׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה מִצְווֹת, שֶׁהֵן כְּלָל שֶׁל זָכָר וּנְקֵבָה, וְהַכֹּל סוֹד אֶחָד.
86. וְלֹא תְחַלְּלוּ אֶת שֵׁם קָדְשִׁי וְנִקְדַּשְׁתִּי בְּתוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְגוֹ’. מִצְוָה זוֹ לְקַדֵּשׁ אוֹתוֹ בְּכָל יוֹם לְהַעֲלוֹת קְדֻשָּׁתוֹ מִמַּטָּה לְמַעְלָה, כְּמוֹ שֶׁהוּא קָדוֹשׁ לְמַעְלָה, עַד שֶׁעוֹלָה קְדֻשָּׁתוֹ לְאָבוֹת וּבָנִים. וְסוֹד זֶה, וְנִקְדַּשְׁתִּי בְּתוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל, מַעְלָה וּמַטָּה. מַעְלָה בְּשָׁלֹשׁ דְּרָגוֹת, לְמַטָּה בְּשָׁלֹשׁ דְּרָגוֹת.
87. קְדֻשָּׁה זוֹ הֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ בְּכַמָּה מְקוֹמוֹת, אֲבָל כְּמוֹ שֶׁיֵּשׁ קְדֻשָּׁה לְמַעְלָה עַל הַכֹּל, כָּךְ יֵשׁ קְדֻשָּׁה בָּאֶמְצַע, קְדֻשָּׁה לְמַטָּה. וְהַכֹּל בַּסּוֹד שֶׁלְּמַטָּה (בִּשְׁלֹשָׁה), קְדֻשָּׁה שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה לְמַעְלָה, בְּסוֹד אֶחָד. קְדֻשָּׁה בָּאֶמְצַע וּלְמַטָּה, שָׁלֹשׁ דְּרָגוֹת שֶׁהֵן אַחַת.

Leviticus 22:31
“וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם מִצְו‍ֹתַי וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֹתָם אֲנִי יְהוָה.”
“Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am YHVH.”
The precepts in the Torah have the aspect of “זכור ושמור”, “Keep” that is an aspect of female, Malchut and “Remember” that is an aspect of male, Zeir Anpin.
The verse says “Keep my commandments” and the question is if ‘keep’ is for female, then we can understand from the verse that all precepts have a female aspect.

The Zohar explains that the verse continues to say ‘and perform them’ that is a male aspect as ‘Remember’. When someone ‘remembers’ in Malchut he ‘activates/performs’ a parallel action above.
The 613 precepts of the Torah have male and female aspects because they unify Zeir Anpin and Malchut.

Leviticus 22:32
“וְלֹא תְחַלְּלוּ אֶת שֵׁם קָדְשִׁי וְנִקְדַּשְׁתִּי בְּתוֹךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲנִי יְהוָה מְקַדִּשְׁכֶם.”
“You shall not profane My holy name, but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel. I am YHVH who sanctifies you,”
This precept tells us to sanctify the Holy name everyday and elevate (female water מ”ן) from the lower level of Malchut and awaken Holiness above.
We have three levels of Holiness (Kedusha).
The highest is Chokmah and Binah that are called Father and Mother. Then the Holiness at the level of the patriarchs that are Abraham for Chessed, Isaac for Gevurah, and Jacob for Tiferet.
Then the children that are Netzach, Hod, and Yessod.

The Supreme Father and Mother is called Holy. It is the Kedusha that is above all. The middle and the lower Kedusha is Zeir Anpin and Malchut. It is divided into three steps. The Kedusha is drawn on the Right and spread to the left and center that is Chessed, Gevurah, and Tiferet of Zeir Anpin. Then Netzach, Hod, and Yessod bring it to Malchut.

Lesson;
We sanctify the Holy name each time we pray, make a blessing, or read the sacred text. The Holy light flows automatically from the supernal level to us through the three lines of the Tree of Life.
