The prosecutor in this world’s court is permitted to bring accusations that so-and-so did this before the court, and so-and-so transgressed that and ask for judgment. We learned that permission was given to the court prosecutor to lock the court door until the judgment is passed on everything he claims. The court is not allowed to reject this request because it is written;
Isaiah 61:8
“כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה אֹהֵב מִשְׁפָּט שֹׂנֵא גָזֵל בְּעוֹלָה וְנָתַתִּי פְעֻלָּתָם בֶּאֱמֶת וּבְרִית עוֹלָם אֶכְרוֹת לָהֶם.”
“For I, YHVH, love justice; I hate robbery for burnt offering; I will direct their work in truth, And will make with them an everlasting covenant.”
Hashem wants the world to exist under law and justice. He wants them to know that there are laws and justice, like in the courts of the world below, which is our world.

The Holy One Blessed be He made it that the prosecutor would come before him, demanding justice for all the world’s people. And on that day, he was permitted to close the king’s door, Zeir Anpin, and the moon, which is Malchut, is covered until judgment is passed on all the world’s people. Even though everything is known before God, he still wants to have the process of law and judgment.

Everything is the same in the systems of the upper and lower levels. On that day, the Holy One, Blessed be He, prepares the throne of judgment, and the prosecutor comes and demands judgment for all the actions of the people of the world, each and everyone according to his ways and according to what he has done. Witnesses come and testify about all the actions of the world’s people. And these witnesses are called the eyes of God that wander throughout the world (Zecharia 4:10). The eyes of God have no account, and they wander all over the world and see all the deeds of the people of the world.
