148. אָז, וַיֹּאמֶר ה’ אֶל מֹשֶׁה אֶסְפָה לִּי שִׁבְעִים אִישׁ. אַתָּה שָׁאַלְתָּ מָקוֹם שֶׁמִּיתָה לֹא תִצְטָרֵךְ, מָקוֹם שֶׁלֹּא תְהֵא פָגוּם בַּדַּרְגָּה שֶׁלְּךָ, וְעַל זֶה כָּתוּב וְאָצַלְתִּי מִן הָרוּחַ אֲשֶׁר עָלֶיךָ, שֶׁכֻּלָּם הֵם שֶׁנֶּאֶחְזוּ שָׁם). (וַאֲנִי יָרַדְתִּי מִן הַשָּׁמַיִם לָאָרֶץ. אַתְּ עֹשֶׂה לִּי, לָרֶדֶת לִמְקוֹם הַנְּקֵבָה וְלִפְגֹּם מְקוֹמִי וְדַרְגָּתִי. אִם כָּךְ, הָרְגֵנִי נָא הָרֹג אִם נָא מָצָאתִי חֵן בְּעֵינֶיךָ וְאַל אֶרְאֶה בְּרָעָתִי. רָעָתִי הִיא וַדַּאי לֶאֱחֹז בְּדַרְגָּה תַחְתּוֹנָה. אָז, וַיֹּאמֶר ה’ אֶל מֹשֶׁה אֶסְפָה לִּי שִׁבְעִים אִישׁ מִזִּקְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל. הֲרֵי הֵם לָתֵת לָהֶם אֹכֶל אַחֵר, וְלֹא תִהְיֶה פָגוּם בְּדַרְגָּתְךָ. וְעַל זֶה, וְאָצַלְתִּי מִן הָרוּחַ אֲשֶׁר עָלֶיךָ וְשַׂמְתִּי עֲלֵיהֶם. מָה הַטַּעַם? מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהֵם נֶאֶחְזוּ בַלְּבָנָה וְכוּ’) בַּלְּבָנָה, וְרָצָה הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ לְהָאִיר לָהּ. וְעַל כָּךְ וְשַׂמְתִּי עֲלֵיהֶם, כְּדֵי לְהָאִיר מֵהַשֶּׁמֶשׁ, כְּאוֹר הַלְּבָנָה. (וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה אֹכֶל זֶה לֹא) בָּא עַל יְדֵי מֹשֶׁה, כְּדֵי שֶׁלֹּא יִפָּגֵם.
149. אַשְׁרֵי חֶלְקוֹ שֶׁל מֹשֶׁה שֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא רָצָה בִכְבוֹדוֹ, עָלָיו כָּתוּב (משלי כג) יִשְׂמַח אָבִיךָ וְאִמֶּךָ וְגוֹ’. יִשְׂמַח אָבִיךָ – זֶה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא. וְאִמֶּךָ – זוֹ כְּנֶסֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל. וְתָגֵל יוֹלַדְתֶּךָ – זוֹ אֵם מֹשֶׁה שֶׁלְּמַטָּה. הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא אוֹהֲבוֹ יוֹתֵר מִכָּל נְבִיאֵי הָעוֹלָם לְלֹא אֶמְצָעִי כְּלָל, (שֶׁהֲרֵי מֹשֶׁה נִתְעַלָּה עַל כָּל נְבִיאֵי הָעוֹלָם לְלֹא אֶמְצָעִי כְּלָל, כְּמוֹ) שֶׁכָּתוּב פֶּה אֶל פֶּה אֲדַבֶּר בּוֹ, וַהֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ בְּכַמָּה מְקוֹמוֹת.

Numbers 11:16
“וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל מֹשֶׁה אֶסְפָה לִּי שִׁבְעִים אִישׁ מִזִּקְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר יָדַעְתָּ כִּי הֵם זִקְנֵי הָעָם וְשֹׁטְרָיו וְלָקַחְתָּ אֹתָם אֶל אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְהִתְיַצְּבוּ שָׁם עִמָּךְ.”
“וְיָרַדְתִּי וְדִבַּרְתִּי עִמְּךָ שָׁם וְאָצַלְתִּי מִן הָרוּחַ אֲשֶׁר עָלֶיךָ וְשַׂמְתִּי עֲלֵיהֶם וְנָשְׂאוּ אִתְּךָ בְּמַשָּׂא הָעָם וְלֹא תִשָּׂא אַתָּה לְבַדֶּךָ.”
“So YHVH said to Moses: “Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; bring them to the tabernacle of meeting, that they may stand there with you.”
“Then I will come down and talk with you there. I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them, and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you may not bear it yourself alone.”
The seventy men of the elders of Israel are to give them other food, unlike the Manna from heaven, which is the level of Moses. This will isolate Moses from the people that want to eat meat and pull Moses with them.
Because the seventy elders are connected to the Nukva, Hashem said, “I will take of the Spirit that is upon you” to bestow on them so they will have illumination from the level of Moses.
Because the meat they will eat would come from the elders’ level, it won’t cause Moses to come down from his level.

Blessed is the lot of Moses, whom the Holy One, Blessed be He, wanted to visit, on whom it is written;
Proverbs 23:25
“יִשְׂמַח אָבִיךָ וְאִמֶּךָ וְתָגֵל יוֹלַדְתֶּךָ.”
“Let your father and your mother be glad, And let her who bore you rejoice.”
“your father be glad” is the Holy One, Blessed be He, and “your mother” is the Congregation of Israel, which is Malchut. “who bore you” is the mother of Moses below. The Holy One, Blessed be He loved him more than all the prophets of the world, whose prophecy was directly from Hashem as it is written;

without barriers at all, as it is written;
Numbers 12:8
“פֶּה אֶל פֶּה אֲדַבֶּר בּוֹ וּמַרְאֶה וְלֹא בְחִידֹת וּתְמֻנַת יְהוָה יַבִּיט וּמַדּוּעַ לֹא יְרֵאתֶם לְדַבֵּר בְּעַבְדִּי בְמֹשֶׁה.”
“I speak with him face to face, Even plainly, and not in dark sayings; And he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid To speak against My servant Moses?”
